Nice neighborhood

Bedsheets are clean and the three bedrooms are good. Overall cleanness is good. The owner is respectful and tries to help. Location is safe and very nice neighborhood, the market is nearby and there is a playground for kids also nearby. There is also AC in the apartment. Crib for the baby is available as well.

2 Bathrooms are not clean, needs detailed cleaning Kitchen: needs detailed cleaning and plates and cocking appliances need to be replaced (very old) Windows: need detailed cleaning Television (can’t used for kids, not smart) Note: additional fees: you will pay $2.5/night for each adult to the property owner upon arrival. Ensure you have cash for that.

Host was very kind went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He is a very kind and considerate man. Showed us a really nice place for breakfast (mawazine) very fairly priced with a nice breakfast. Bought us to and from the airport which was convenient. He is fair about prices and does not overcharge. Took us to paloozaland too. We also went on an excursion with him.

nice to stay with a family in future

this was a great apartment for a family. only had a one day short stay. as there was no other available space. I then went and stayed in the middle of madina, close to everything.

The owner is such a genuine person and very helpful. The villa was spacious enough for 8 of us, you can probably fit more heads in that villa. Location was good. Absolute 10 of 10 for us all. We faced no issues there. The villa was to our British standard. We'll definitely use this villa again and recommend it to others. He actually deserves a 10 out of 10 which is rare.

Very big clean comfortable villa. Nice air-conditioned accommodation and just what we needed in the heat. Near the City Centre and Area where Villa is,located is very nice and clean. The host was very helpful and replied quickly to all communication.

good family house

A very good place to spend with family, safe and reasonable price, the owner is very respectful and helpful. the owner owns a car and he can get you to and from the city for a reasonable price. the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable, the living room is huge with nice Arabic sofas.

Pleasant stay in Marakesh

The apartment is big with one bedroom with a double bed and a very big living room with lots of couch area for other people to sleep on. The place was clean and the owner was very friendly. Instead of a taxi he drove us to the Marakesh medina and told us the maximum rate we should pay for our way back. I would stay at his place again.

Overall it was a nice experience to visit villa annakhil

It was a good stay specifically owner Mr Madani was really nice and cooperative. Shops and eating places are quite near (at a 5 minutes walk). Madina and main city attractions are at 15 minutes drive and you have to take a taxi which was relatively expensive for us. Overall accommodation was clean but facilities provided were not sufficient for our group and we had to request for different usable things again and again which was a bit irritating. Experience was good and I am happy to recommend this property to other users.

I think kitchen facilities were not sufficient and what was written in advertisement was never provided. Utensils were not sufficient for our group and we weren't able to use kitchen facilities properly. Also toiletries were not provided and we had to ask again and again for tissue rolls and towels. Size of beds was extremely small and it can be changed for more comfort. Airport pick was expensive with respect to the overall distance from airport. I think Mr. Madani have to invest a fair amount of money to provide basic necessities of life to his customers.
