Exceptional

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It has all the facilities you need. Stavros, the host was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We didn't want to leave!

Our host met us at the Villa; showed us around and provided us with the details that we would need. He was excellent and was to the point... I think he knew we were keen to get into the pool! Villa itself is exceptional; views from the balcony are to die for! I can't fault the anything in the villa.

I would be struggling to find anything I didn't like!

A great summer house on the outskirts of Stoupa.

Everything you need as a family was there, including a pool. You can even pick fresh oranges and lemons from the property’s tree. Stratos, our contact, was also very helpful and quick to answer to all our questions and needs.

The road was steep and bumpy from the main road and the place is somewhat secluded, which can also be a good thing. We walked to Stoupa, which takes about 20-30 minutes, but you have to walk along the road where most cars go way over the 40 km/h speed limit.

Exceptional

Everything. The view is breathtaking. The house is clean and comfortable and you have all you need for a perfect vacation.

Communication with the host by phone was difficult. The other ways of communication were OK. Also if your car is lengthy, i.e. 5 meters, you may possibly have some issues. But it is on a hill and for such a view you may get some difficulties parking :-)..

Peaceful, calming and relaxing escape.

Everything was absolutely perfect, even better than we could have hoped for. We were met as arranged by Stavros who showed us around and explained all that was needed. Great discreet friendly daily cleaning service. Wonderful sea views and private pool. Will most definitely be back again asap.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like, highly recommended!

Brilliant

I loved Tseralia. We were so comfortable there and I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to spend time in Stoupa. They kept our booking open after 2 years of being unable to travel due to strict NZ travel over Covid and for this I am so grateful so a huge thank you to all at Tseralia.

Honeymoon heaven

The view from the house is breathtaking, you can see the mountains and the sea. This was a perfect spot to explore the nearby towns of Skala and Kardamyli and we walked 15 minutes to the beach. The property itself is modern, comfortable and elegant. The washer unit was super helpful as we badly needed it by the time we reached this property. The host was very communicative, gave us many tips and helped with any questions we had. We spent part of our honeymoon here and this villa made it completely unforgettable.

Exceptional

The location was outstanding, the view amazing. There was no breakfast, but we had everything we need to prepare our own. Stratos was very kind and always willing to help us.

Highlight of our stay in the Mani region

Beautiful villas with nice private pools. Nicely decorated villa with multiple outdoor seating areas. Spectacular views over the Aegean sea and Stoupa area. Host Stratos was great; easy going, clear communication and happy to accommodate to our wishes. Definite worth a second stay!

Tha road towards the villas is a bit rough, but the owner will take care of this in the bear future. Parking facility of house 1 can be a bit of a challenge due to the steepness of the hill.

Location excellent, facilities, service, attention to detail and clenliness excellent

All electrics operate on a front door key - when this is removed, going out, everything switches off, INCLUDING fridge/freezer. In Grecian temperatures this renders the fridge largely useless. This should really be on a separate circuit
