Fanstastico lo recomiendo mucho

El hotel sigue dañado por el huracán sin embargo sus habitaciones cuentan con lo necesario, y se adapta si vas a disfrutar de Acapulco y solamente quieres llegar a descansar y sentirte seguro esta increíble, el personal es muy amable y atento, la ubicación es increíble y su área de alberca muy cómoda

El alojamiento está en remodelación por el huracán y eso afectó un poco la vista

Lo único bueno el personal su atención

Camas incómodas y muy pequeñas, chapa de puerta muy dura, el internet no proporcionan contraseña, sin agua caliente ya que el clima de Acapulco estuvo fresco y llevaba 2 menores de 3 años lo cual tuve que bañarlos con agua media fría, cocina muy deteriorada y refrigerador muy viejo, la parte de abajo congela los alimentos, elevador se mueve mucho al asender o desender.

Hospedaje funcional, sencillo, cómodo y buen precio, excelente para grupos de familia o amigos

Ya son varias veces en las que nos alojamos ahí, existe un muy buen balance entre calidad y precio, sobre todo si se viaja en grupos ya sea de familia o amigos, buena ubicación, amenidades necesarias, instalaciones adecuadas

No había agua caliente, si bien es comprensible derivado de lo acontecido apenas hace cuatro meses por el huracán, pudieron haberlo advertido al momento de hacer la reserva, la verdad es que no fue tema, meramente una observación. Lo que sí fue tema es la actitud del señor que cuida la recepción por la tarde, muy malos modos y la mayoría del tiempo dormitando lo que le impide poner la atención debida a su trabajo, por lo que suceden situaciones como la que a su vez se comentó con la administración para evitar que suceda de nuevo. En cuanto al demás personal, las instalaciones y servicios todo en orden como siempre, ampliamente recomendable

Nada , solo la ubicación El hotel está demasiado viejo , le falta mucho mantenimiento

El hotel está demasiado viejo , no servía el elevador , el personal que nos llevó a la habitación bastante feo los modos , se molestó de que no le dimos propina ( su modo sus muy poco cortes ) Huele mucho a humedad , la puerta se atoraba y no cerraba bien , en la habitación una ventana estaba completamente quebrada , el aire acondicionado no servía , no salía agua del área de cocina , su refri muy viejo que no enfriaba pero desprendía un olor desagradable No me volvería a hospedar ahí

El hotel esta cerca de la avenida principal y de la playa, al hotel le falta mantenimiento.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, la atención del personal de hotel y lo acogedor de la habitación.

La disponibilidad del acceso a la habitación, ya que todavía no estaba aseada.

RIP OFF. Booking stays are in a different not advertised building with unbearable noise.

bathroom was nice, big.

RIP OFF. They receive you in the property that is posted. then AFTER YOU PAY, they take you to a 2nd older, uglier building that is not on the description. WORST: this building lies beside a bar, and is absurdly LOUD until 1 AM. Impossible to sleep in the room until then. The windows are 4 decades old, and off course are not sound proof. This is my definition of RIP OFF. do not book your stay here.

This hotel has potential the staff could be a bit more polite and more helpful towards the costumer.

Very good air conditioner , shower was nice with cold and hot water. Very good location close to the beach, restaurants, and bars.

The was WiFi is practically non-existent in my room, the property doesn't look anything like in the pictures when do you the booking. they're very old pictures. A couple of night stands with outlets would've been nice

Position in the city.

Everything is very old and need to be renovate and replace the furniture. The reality is not like in the pictures. They change the room because of the sink in bathroom. The smell in the room is very dark / heavy.
