it was practical and close to everything.

The room and staff were fine, however.

It was disappointing that the breakfast didn't cater to anyone else, it was based on their foods. The rooms had a musty smell to them, but you got used to that after a while, and you might get toilet paper if you were lucky or otherwise you had to request it from reception.

Good couldhave been better.

The location to the good restaurant and markets. Staff was good and responsive. Amazing breakfast.

Room was too small. No enough space to open our suitcase properly. Also i think no room has balcony or open space. So when you enter looks like closed room. No space to dry your wet clothes.

Exceptional

We appreciate the kindness and hospitality of the staff. They are doing their best to attend to our concerns and other inquiries. We felt like we are at home and safe during our short stay here. Truly the service of these people are warm and excellent.

Good location, breakfast with variety options, comfortable and clean room and most of all staff are very friendly and helpful

Bathroom lock in our room was a little tricky to open, wifi is unreliable

Good option in Kuta

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good (you can order omelet and sausages in the kitchen if you do not like the buffet option) very good location and the beds are comfortable.

A bit noisy during the night but it was ok for us

we booked for the last couple of nights of our month long holiday because of the location & breakfast reviews

convenient location

the breakfast was disgusting only catering for Asians & it was cold & covered in flys . the hotel was virtually empty so couldn’t understand why they put us on the 6 th floor next to an adjoining room with 2 loud Asians who seemed to be watching reels & Tik Toks all night !

Very good

Wi fi disruptions were too much and we faced a bit difficulty in communication. We request that staff be also given elementary knowledge of Hindi, as Bali being a Hindu pilgrimage site a lot of people from india visit it.Otherwise everything went well. Thanks,

Not suitable for families with small kids or people seeking peace and rest

OK bed Daily house keeping If you're into partying book this hotel.

Incrediblly noisy. Thin walls and drunk people late at night assures you won't get a peaceful sleep Damp room Small room and bathroom

Traffic towards the hotel, (only after 10pm) Damp/moldy smell from bath room. No window in the room Bit older looking towels Btw it's value for money
