Very good

Location was really great. Close to central shopping areas but also in a quiet suburb.

Breakfast muesli was not the best - it was the dry uncooked oats that let it down.

Christie is a very sympathetic and caring person. The place is clean and cozy. The internet is very fast. For those who want a quiet place to work or relaxing I recommend

Superb

The location is really nice. The room looks nice, fresh and clean, with shower room, a big bathroom in the cottage, and kitchenette with a cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Cookies, coffee and tea bags are provided daily for free. It gives the vibes of a home away from home. The staff are nice and friendly. I most definitely will love to stay there again.

Good cottage for a short stay.

Our hosts were kind and check-in was relatively easy. The guesthouse was a cottage separate from the main house. They did the laundry for us at an additional cost which was great and helped a lot. The breakfast was tasty and very fulling, and the cottage was cleaned every time we left.

I had thought that payment was taken care of prior to the booking, and even though I could pay at the guesthouse, I would have preferred if the money was deducted before my stay.

Sanctuary in Sandton

The location and the hosts were superb. I will not stay anywhere else when I am in Johannesburg. Lovely homely feel and my accommodation was superb

How amazing to find this little oasis of peace and Tranquillity in the Centre of Johannesburg.

Kind and cheerful on arrival. I was offered a meal as I was late on arrival. So thoughtful. Fresh flowers warm and cosy. I loved the decor, and a specially the accesse to the Bueatifull garden in the morning.

I would have liked to stay longer.

The bed was probably the comfiest one ever slept in (away form home) The heater in my room was put on to take the chill out of the air - thanks Im really fussy about shower water pressure - the shower was awesome

Having to pay separately via EFT - Not a biggy, but for me its more convenient to have the account settled automatically through the booking.com app or rather have the invoice sent via email ahead of time.

the property was comfortable but I would not go back to this place.

I liked the comfort and the facilities in the accommodation.

The owner was very rude. She barged into the property while we were preparing to check out and a had a vacuum cleaner already in her hand; indicating to us to get out. I understand that check out time was at 10.30 and it was 11am when she barged in but this was my first experience where someone was so rude and uncouth. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many different properties and on occasions have been late for check out but never have I experienced such a rude check out call.

Jazz was very friendly and helpful. It was a silent haven to relax. Coffee, sugar, tea and rusks was very special. Nice to have full DSTV and it was a surprise. Slept like a baby!

Our unit was cosy, but a bit small. This is not negative - just our experience. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay.

Exceeded our expectations, what a wonderful stay, look forward to returning!

The Tree Tops Apartment was so quaint and romantic, beautifully decorated, comfortable, thoughtfully and cleverly equipped with everything that we could possibly need! The garden setting is exquisite, with a very Tuscan feel. Our hostess went out of her way to assist and accommodate us, thank you Jazz. We absolutely loved our stay, and will definitely be back!
