Unpleasant overnight

Not a bad value for money if you can tolerate cockroaches. Spacious living room and terrace

Oh, I wish I could read reviews before booking this one. Cockroach infested...we had to stay up all night and keep our lights on to avoid them. Filthy bathroom and kitchen. We had to stay 1 night between our journey and could not sleep there. They will offer a 500php car airport transfer for a 10 minute ride. Same price as the airport service, which is a rip off. But do take it if you're not familiar with local places. It's hard to find. Otherwise kuya on the tricycle will take you there for 80php.

Superb

Location is near to the center, although it's quite difficult to locate it at first, best when you have a private vehicle. We occupied the entire 3rd floor apartment. Very spacious, and wide balcony where you can just chill.

We arrived at around 8 p.m. and the staffs were so unbothered that shift they were difficult to reach and even ask a question😅. Better staff attitude during the morning shift though. All in all, the experience was great despite the staff issue which was not really a big deal.

We decided not to stay at all coz it was far from the main road — not accessible and the place didn’t look nice at all.😕

The place and the location. It was very far from the main road — and it was a rough, rocky, and dusty road. When we finally arrived at the place — oh 🙁. My family didn’t want to push thru with staying there. It was the only one left during that time coz there was a big event in Dumaguete. Had to cancel our booking -- no refund and all coz the one managing the place won’t allow. Wow, that was easy money. If they included in their post the way going to the place, I wouldn’t have chosen it in the first place. We went around Dumaguete to look for a much better place. We found out that there are many better places in Dumaguete not listed in Booking.com.

We had a great night at dumaguete thanks to the great accomodation of Anabelle’s Residence.

I like that it was clean and very comfortable to stay at.

very nice, quiet, clean place...with excellent internet connectivity.

I was not expecting a very great place to stay for the amount that i have paid... it surpassed greatly for my expectation considering the money spent...

it's the road going to the place because of a little inconvenience...rough road...

Spacious and good value for a big group.

It’s ok but could have been better

We cook our own breakfast. Location was a off

The road going to the location too narrow and dark at night and dirty look like going off road. The air condition on one is leaking water water making the room smell damp. There where cockroaches under the sink and kitchen area.

You get the value of your money.

I like that it has a kitchen, burner and fridge. The staff is also helpful but one of its staff always frowns. But its cool

The blanket smells a bit. I'm not sure if it was washed, it would've been better if they put air freshener in the rooms so it will not smell.

we dunno why but the comfort that we feel even thiugh its brownout. we will come back. we’ll just make sure of the parki

we like the fact that even though it was half day brownout, it was not hot. but the problem was, there’s no water while brownout.

the parking! we went home around 1am and told the guard to let us park to somewhere that the other guests wont need to wake us up early when they go out. it’s all double parking inside. he assured us that he wont wake us up but around 6am they came knocking in our unit to move the car.

Comfortable Stay

The accomodations is exactly as advertised in the photos. The place was spacious for a family of 6. Aircon was in good working condition. TV worked as well. Our stay was comfortable enough.

Wifi is quite spotty and is only accessible in the hallways. Location is quite tricky as Google Maps sometimes points us to the construction near the area. More plates and chairs could also be a point of improvement as there 6 of us but the kitchenware is only for 4. The staff on the site isn't as responsive either to our inquiries and would greet me with a towel or a pillow covering her top part.
