Um local onde todos sao bem vindos!

Café da manhã muito bom, adorei demai! o Hostel tem uma programação excepcional durante a semana, todos os dias há atividades para fazer em grupo, desde de yoga até volei. Há uma troca cultural muito bacana, onde varisa pessoas do mundo se encontram.

Passei pouquissimo tempo, gostaria de ter passado mais temppo :( Foi uma experiencia maravilhosa.

El Lagarto mi nueva familia en Brasil

Desde mi experiencia como solo traveler que ha visitado mas de treinta hosteles viajando alrededor del mundo puedo decir sin lugar a dudas que el Lagarto fue el mejor lugar en el que estuve en mi vida. Es imposible de explicar con palabras lo que sentí desde que llegue al Lagarto, fue como encontrar mi lugar en el mundo. El concepto que tiene excede el del un hostel normal, es una comunidad hermosa de viajeros que encontraron su lugar en Pipa y te muestran lo mejor de ella desde sus experiencias. Empezando por su staff, es un grupo de personas encantadora que se transformaron en mi familia. Leo el manager fue la persona mas amable y considerada que conocí la primer noche que llegue estaban preparando la comida mientras en ronda estaba Simón cantando. Me presentó el lugar y me explicó como funcionaba todo después salimos de fiesta a bailar Reggae con varios chicos del hostel de coronando la noche viendo el amanecer acostados en la playa Amor. Juan, el chef uruguayo, me permitió ayudarlo a preparar la cena para todos los chicos, con el aprendí nuevas técnicas de cocina y me divertí mucho. Freddy el coiffer es un gran animador y peluquero me enseño los mejores lugares para ir de fiesta. Nieves una gran cocinera y compañera. El staff se encargada de preparar todos los días una actividad diferente para que los viajantes se sientan parte del lugar y conecten con los demás, desde clases de yoga, days trip, torneos de ping pong. El lugar donde se encuentra el hostel te hace sentir en el medio de la selva, todas las mañanas cuando desayunaba bajaban los monitos de los arboles para que los alimenten. Por último, conocí a personas hermosas con las que comparti experiencias increíbles que ya se ganaron un lugar en mi corazon, desde encontrar nuevos amigos hasta el amor. Ya estoy pensando en volver a Lagarto porque una vez que te adentras en esta comunidad ya no volves a ser el mismo

A estrutura física favorece a integração entre os hóspedes. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos, receptivos e carinhosos com os hóspedes. As atividades desenvolvidas promovem a integração, entretenimento e diversão dos hóspedes. O ponto máximo foi prática de meditação,

I love Lagarto na Banana

This hostel was definitely special for me, simply the best I've been in so far. The sense of community and friendship in there must be told, not to say the amazing volunteers and guests I was lucky to come across. Amazing parties, amazing dinners (thank you Juan and girls), amazing relations, laughters and stories I will bring with me forever. I'm sad to leave it and will surely come back.

Lagarto is the soul of Pipa and my new favorite place

Staying in Lagarto was the second best decision I made, the first one being only coming to Pipa. Lagarto has a vibe, you meet people more easily than ever, and you actually build true friendships in the smallest spaces of time, it brings out the best in you. You can go to the beach, you can stay in working if you need to, you can even try a surfing class for the first time, or you can simply choose to sleep in the hammocks listening to the sound of leaves (awesome natural ASMR).

It is a bit far from the city center but on day 2 you don't even feel it anymore because Pipa is The city to walk

The energy in this place is incredible. The staff is amazing, this place attracts beautiful souls, the vegetarian dinner is super delicious, the activities are super fun and and you are really quick a part of the lagarto family.

good value for money but not the cleanest

very social atmosphere and easy to make friends with others. cheap food and drinks.

3 massive tarantulas were found in the showers and my room in the week that I was there. really poor infrastructure, the walls don’t properly attach to the roof so loads of bugs get in. rooms are super small and not the cleanest. the wall doesn’t even properly separate different rooms so can hear everything in other peoples rooms. showers and toilets could be a lot cleaner. they need to do something about the tarantula situation and fumigate the property.

I reserved my stay at lagarto with a lot of high expectations given that I had been aware of its reputation for awhile and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations, a very charming place for people who love being surrounded by nature, a grounded atmosphere, lots of wonderful people, a very sociable environment with fun activities and interaction. The staff are fantastic and very friendly, they make you feel instantly welcome and the service is impeccable. Pipa is awesome in its own right but staying at lagarto really elevated the pipa experience for me and I can't be grateful enough for my stay there. Worth every minute and every penny. Hopefully I'd be back soon!

Best hostel vibe ever

Lagarto is much more than a hostel. it is a community where you will make friends, you will connect. I have been to many many hostels, by far this is the one with the best vibe. The daily activities, yoga, meditation, breakfast and dinners all together, the volunteers that are just incredible people working there, the football game on Thursdays, the parties in Pipa,… This is a hostel full of wonderful humans that i will never forget. Best hostel ever!

Superb

Best thing about this hostel is the staff. They all work hard and are super friendly to the guests. Breakfast and the evening meal were very good. The effort made to entertain guests with yoga and other daily activities was much appreciated 👍

Friendly and busy but an unclean hostel overall

The hostel offered plenty of activities and very cheap vegetarian evening meals. Lots of people staying there. Some staff were friendly and helpful. Very cheap caipirinhas!!

Quite unclean, a LOT of mosquitos around, seemed like a lot of staff worked there and there friends were always round which made it feel very cliquey within the hostel. Beds and sheets were very very worn. Our 4-bed dorm that had 5 beds in was very small. Did have small lockers for valuables in the room.

Ammazing atmosphere

The atmosphere is incredible. I will definitely come back. Loved the daily activities. People were very social. When I got sick the day I was leaving the hostel, sweet Nicolas went with me to the hospital. So incredible nice staff. Loved it.

The kitchen could do with a cleaning. The bottom of the glass cabinet was black with dirt. I found living insects in multiple pans. Also the freezer was dirty. You had to be fast some mornings to have good breakfast. Sometimes you did not get full with the dinner.
