Overtrof de verwachting, wij kwamen midden in de nacht aan maar dit was geen probleem.
Het was niet heel goed te vinden, dit kwam natuurlijk ook omdat wij laat aankwamen.

Schone bedden
De foto’s kwamen niet overeen met booking. Het was vervallen en er hing een vreselijke sigaretten geur. Ramen konden niet open en er was geen ‘uitzicht op de tuin’.
In de bedden zat een kuil en wij zijn vrij lang dus onze voeten staken buiten het bed.
Midden in de nacht kwamen mensen thuis met veel lawaai

Vreselijk, deze vrouw is een oplichter en booking.com doet er aan mee. Je betaald maar bij aankomst is het al verhuurd en heb je pech. We stonden daar met 4 personen die ook hadden betaald Zo wel de persoon als booking doet vervolgens niets en zegt zoek het maar uit!!

Das Studio war funktional und sauber und bei der Kälte Außen sehr angenehm warm.
Für eine Zwischenübernachtung 👌 perfekt
Leider war das Studio in der ersten Etage ( 15 Treppenstufen) und nicht (wie in der Annonce beschrieben) im Erdgeschoss.
Auf Nachfrage hat sich der Besitzer allerdings für diesen Fehler entschuldigt und auch im Anschluss noch einmal nachgefragt, ob es so für uns trotzdem okay wäre !

Mobilier dans un très mauvais état: 3 chaises toutes lacérées...
Humidité (tâches noires)à la base de très nombreux murs!
Si vous avez des locataires à l'étage le sol est à l'ancienne et vous n'avez aucune isolation phonique.
Porte d'entrée du couloir qui racle le sol fortement et qui génère un grand bruit.
Un rouleau de toilette unique et déjà bien entamé.
Une serviette de toilette unique et avec un côté qui est décousue.
La belle vue donnant sur l'espace vert est condamnée par un volet roulant fermé et inutilisable car la sangle n'existe plus!
Toile d'araignée dans la salle de bain entre le lavabo et la douche bien installée......

Endroit calme après quelques heures de route.Très bien pour le repos.Dans le village petit magasin permettant de se ravitailler . Possibilité de cuisiner dans le studio.

Nous avons logé au studio 1, au rez-de-chaussée. Il est spacieux. Les équipements sont bien présents. La literie est bonne. L'ensemble est propre.
Odeur d'humidité dans le studio, probablement due à un problème au niveau de la douche.
Niveau wifi insuffisant pour maintenir une connexion internet.
La serrure ne permettait pas de verrouiller le studio de l'extérieur.

Réfrigérateur poussif. ménage loin d'être parfait ( toiles d'araignées, nettoyage douche ( porte et bas de porte encrassés ), propreté des meubles salle de bain et cuisine , radiateur non fixé, fenêtre de devant ne s'ouvrant pas.

Geen ontbijt, er was ook niets in de buurt van winkels of restaurants.
Sleutels zaten gewoon op de deur, niemand gezien, enkel kort via sms.
Wees slim en boek hier niet! De prijs is laag, maar is zelfs dat niet waard.
Wij verbleven in Studio Sylvain in de nacht van 13 op 14 augustus, in studio's 1 en 3.
Daarbij gingen verschillende dingen mis:
Studio boven:
Een van de bedden werd ondersteund door palletten en lag daardoor erg slecht.
Onder dit bed lagen enkele lege en halflege flessen.
Er stonden halflege flessen in de koelkast, en de vriezerdeur ontbrak waardoor deze niet werkte, de koelkast stonk en maakte veel lawaai.
Het kastje waar het keukengerei in stond was zo vies dat we het niet durfden te gebruiken.
Studio beneden:
Hier konden we het toilet niet doorspoelen tot we zagen dat de kraan dicht stond.
Er was hier zoveel vocht, ook in de lakens, dat zij die er sliepen hun eigen lakens gebruikten, en uiteindelijk rond 6 uur opstonden om niet in het vocht te hoeven blijven. Ze hebben een kind van 2 jaar.
Er is zoveel mis met deze woning, bijvoorbeeld het feit dat iedereen in en uit kan lopen omdat de voordeur niet op slot kan, niets van verlichting buiten,...
We hebben de eigenaar hier over gecontacteerd, maar kregen geen reactie meer.

The studio looked in poor conditions. No towels, we run out of toilet paper, dirty cutlery, dirty floor, no kettle, 2 glasses. Hope the sheets were clean ... We still payed nearly 100 euros per night. The owner was sorry byt did not do anything nor gave a refund. I was sorry for staying there! Terrible experience even if just for 1 night.

Nothing. The only "positive" thing is that as soon as we arrived, the landlord arrived after 5 minutes, and was leaving just as fast, forgetting 1 apartment (oh sorry...), towels (sorry, I only have 8, but we are 10 ), to show us a place to eat decent ....
the dirt, from the sheets, to the floors, the shower full of hair, the windows with cobwebs, the facade of an abandoned house (not the one on the site of the third rented studio, opposite and full of butterflies and midges with dirty sheets)...

A lot of mold in the bathroom and partially the bed/livingroom combination. We could smell it while sleeping in bed. We felt too uncomfortable to take a shower. Host did not respond to any of our questions.

It was warm, clean and the shower was hot.
I liked that the colour of small kitchen appliances (kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker) co-ordinated perfectly with the bedding and chairs.
There wasn’t a plug or washing up bowl in the kitchen sink, so we needed to use the washing up bowl from our campervan to do the washing up.
There were only two pillows on the bed and they were very flat.

Everything necessary is available.
There is another room above it with an old wooden floor that makes a lot of noise.
Maybe partly because of inconsiderate upper guests. But when they walked around for half an hour it was very annoying.
Luckily they went out for the night, but repeated the noise again at 03h00 when they came back.

We expected a single room studio but were assigned a double room appartment.
Rather basic inventory of the kitchenette. Sleeping couch in the living was basic as well.
For those travelling with an EV, the EV station of Avia just before reaching the intersection A31/A5 has just one 50Kw charger which malfunctioned and Avia charged 12E for 4Kw on the slow charger.

The size of the studio and the owner was very responsive.
The studio is located in a very old building which seems to not be renovated completely. We arrived late in the evening and everything looks very creepy. Initially, the kids did not want to go inside. The roller blind was not working, the interior was not clean and it smells of mold. We did not feel comfortable and couldn't actually sleep there, therefore we decided to leave at 4am in the morning and continue our travel. I took only a few picture at 4 am in the morning when we decided to leave.
