Family vacation 2k23

I was at Maria's place with girlfriend and family, in total 6 adult's. Place by it self is situated between village and the city, it's 100m from main road and bit more of that to see, where u will always find your spot in D send. House was really good equipped with all little things, plates, glasses.. Etc There is also one air-conditioner per room, working perfectly making our stay perfectly chilled. Maria was awesome, she helped as and answer on all our questions and needs when we needed. She welcomed as very nice, with cold welcome drinks in D fridge. We where all happy with our apartment and our vacation was just perfect as it can be.

There were some things, like idiot's on motorcycles driving like crazy in night time, rocks in the sea ( Maria have also explained to us were is d best to take a swim, where is less rocks and so on) all of this things in the end have no influence on our wonderful vacation , its life and nature so we can't put this things on Maria and her Beach House and make bad review because of that.

One of the best hosts that I ever had. Apartment has beautiful terraces with the sea view.

The Host, Maria, is a fantastic person. She will help you with anything you need. She can even recommend excursions, restaurants, or beaches to visit. There is free parking on the premise, every room has AC, and you have a fully functional kitchen with everything you need (we used that since we traveled with a kid). The apartment is fully equipped, which is a good tip to carry less stuff (like a baby cot, that Maria provided for us). Before traveling feel free to contact Maria and ask her anything. We will definitely consider returning again, but preferably in September.

We had the bad luck to arrive a few days after a big storm, as the whole area was flooded. Direct access to the beach was blocked by a big pond that formed after flooding. Nearby beaches were washed away. It was getting repaired as our vacation was ending. Nea Moudania has the most beautiful beaches that are ~1km away from the apartment if you don't mind driving or walking a bit further.

The property is amazing filled with all of the necessary amenities for a great holiday. The house itself is located just a few steps from the sandy beach and who doesn’t like waking up and looking into the amazing blue sea. Also many thanks to our host Maria who went out of here way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Best beach house Ever!

Such a beautiful sea view beach house! Very clean,brand new,comfortable with big windows,a lovely yard,balconies all with sea view! The beach is so close!I want to return back soon and start my long walking by the sea and our bicycle rides! It was so clean everything inside the house and the furniture brand new! We were all sleeping so good on these beds! The owener is such a warm,kind and polite woman! She did everything for us to be satisfied,especially for her cleaning in the house I m speechless! Best family holidays ever,I m so glad I booked this house! I will be back soon again and again,thank you so much!

Maria is the most accommodating, friendly host you could wish for :) Her place is new and perfectly clean.She went out of her way to make sure my family had everything they needed and enjoy their stay. Thank you Maria!

The house could have been 10 feet closer to the beach ;)
