Gut für kurze Aufenthalte.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, zentral gelegen, trotz Verkehr ruhig dank guter Fenster. In der gemeinsamen Küche waren auch Snacks vorhanden.

Séjour Livourne

Bien pour une dernière soirée avant de prendre le ferry proche du port en voiture. La cuisine équipée, le petit déjeuner le matin , la facilité d'accès à l'appartement, les informations données par la propriétaire étaient très claires. Communication simple via WhatsApp, chambre avec salle de bain privée.

Le quartier est vraiment horrible pas très sécurisé, pas grand chose à proximité, heureusement j'ai trouvé un Petit supermarché juste à côté de l'appartement . La salle de bain n'était pas très propre il y avait des cheveux dans la douche, la chambre était un peu triste .Pour le prix on va dire que cela reste malgré tout correct des choses sont à améliorer.

Da die Lage eher bescheiden ist, wird es leider kein nächstes Mal geben.

Da niemand vor Ort war, hat die Mitteilung des Codes für den Zimmerschlüssel per Whatsapp sehr gut geklappt. Sehr schöne geräumige Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Küche zur Zubereitung des Frühstücks sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war für unser Frühstück, das wir uns selbst zubreiten mußten, alles da. Lage unweit vom Hafen.

Die Lage der Pension ist in einem sehr schmutzigen Stadtteil von Livorno. Man könnte fast sagen, in einem Slamsviertel. Sehr laut. Eingangsbereich des Hauses, in dem die Zimmer waren, nicht unbedingt einladend. Parkplatz direkt an der viel befahrenen Straße. Hier war uns nicht ganz wohl, ob unser Motorrad am morgen noch da ist.

sans soucis

appartement de 3 chambres dans un bâtiment tres propre, avec une cuisine commune équipée, mais SDB privative. Chambre tres bien équipée et propre.

Linda vous envoie le code d'accès une fois que vous êtes devant la porte don cela peut être un problème si vous n'avez pas de réseau , de WIFI, de connexion. Sinon ensuite tres facile d'accès.

Very good

It was a very good experience for my wife and me to visit this hotel! It was difficult to find the place, because it wasn't shown exactly in the google maps searching machine. But the room and the dining room were great. The owner was very kind and helpful. Will come back to this hotel once again...

To put the street number on the entrance, next to the vegetable shop.

Exceptionally clean, friendly host, comfortable bed, brilliant location (1min walk from the 8R bus station that goes directly to Livorno Centrale)

No elevator, so be prepared to climb the stairs if you bring big suitcases, but the accommodation is on the first floor, so it wasn't a big deal for us

Really good value for price

This is one of the cheapest places in Livorno where you can get private room with its own bathroom. Checking in is really easy so the contact with Linda is too- she’s really lovely and helpful landlord. Room and bathroom were really clean - there were also complet of towels and hairdryer, which is very important when you’re traveling with one backpack :) Kitchen is well equipped, you can use it whenever you want and there is also food with which you can prepare basic Italian breakfast - quick sweet snack with coffee.

Flat is located by bit busy street because of what it was quite loud in room.

Good location, few minutes drive from the port.

Great aircon, silent but violent. Firm bed, good shower with every conceivable product available for use. Good kitchen facilities. Very friendly host. Great fruit and veg shop nearby, few minutes walk from Penny Supermarket.

The pillows were a trifle hard and bouncy for me, but husband had no complaints.

Near the harbour, you can walk to the ships.

Excellent clean! Everything worked even though I was really late myself! Everything was in order, really clean! Breakfast included!

Really nice personal but not comfortable

The personal was really nice and helpful (I was able to check in earlier). The parking was just outside the door and free. The location was pretty great - you could reach everything by foot if you’re not too lazy. Breakfast was simple but good - esp. for that price. And they let me use the fridge and the microwave the day before!

Sadly, there was noise from the street at night, which I could hear pretty loudly. The most bothersome was the mattress tho… you could feel the hard springs laying down (from the box spring mattress) - and that sadly destroyed all comfort.

Only ok, wouldn't stay here again

Free car parking near by (don't keep any valuables in the car) Bed were comfy and sheets clean. The whole apartment seemed clean. Also host left, coffee pods by the bed for us to use

The shower had no power at all, water trickled out. Was really noisy from both the street and the complex, seemed like there was a party and could hear perfectly. The check in process wasn't smooth, as it was done over the phone to where we even had to send our passport pictures... wasn't comfortable with doing that. Given WiFi password which connected but had no internet so didn't work at all the whole time we were there

Exceptionally for its price

This place is exceptionally clean and well kept and equipped!! The owner is very friendly and professional. For a low-cost you'll get more than other more pricier places.
