Que está en el centro de la ciudad

Desmejorado .. excesivamente caro para la habitación en mi caso era una suit y para nada era lo que esperaba . El baño horrible.. el balcón asqueroso 🤮. El desayuno 🥞 para nada 👎.. en resumen quedé decepcionada.. demasiado caro para lo que te ofrecen .

Hotel bien ubicado en zona segura a pasos del mar

La ubicación. Es a 2 cuadras de la playa principal y hermosa. Céntrico. Economico.

La ducha salia casi fria. Habia cucarachas en la habitación. Tuve un invonveniente descompostura y necesitaba tomar té común y no habia, por ende no pude desayunar .

la localización del hotel es muy buena, cerca ala playa principal y la zona comercial de la isla.

El personal es muy amable, y ayudan a conseguir actividades extras como paseos, restaurantes, sitios turísticos

la habitación asignada tenia poca ventilación, pero hay opciones para grupos que si la tienen, para pareja es una limitante.

Location

There was no windows of the room to the outside. The only one there opened to the corridor. The breakfast was so so and the clients are not really free to choose the time they want to have because it has to be booked before and sometimes the schedules are fulled. It serves on the room and they prepare one or two per 30 min I understood One towel each two days. shower very bad Basin on bathroom is very small The big stairs very íngreme on the entrance to reach the reception

I liked the location.

I didn’t like the windows in the room, as they face the hallway. I also didn’t like that I could see the hall lights while I was trying to sleep at night. I didn’t like the breakfast options, as they were limited.

Everything else pretty much. Breakfast is a joke. Rooms have no window to the outside. That's a real problem when you return with wet and damp clothes from the many water activities on the island because you can't air out the room.

Very close to the beach, the city center, shops and restaurants. Attentive and helpful staff. TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning and bath and beach towels. The room I stayed in did not have a window to the street, so it was dark, only lit by artificial light.

I chose this hotel because of the differential of having hot water in the shower, but from the first day I complained that the hot water was not working and it was not solved until the check-out.

Really good location a few steps from the beach, nice staff, every day cleaned room.

Noisy in the night and in the early morning (like 6am) from the reception, you have to choose breakfast day before and eat in the room, found one cockrouch, no warm water in the shower, strict rule not to invite anybody into your room.

staff did not make us aware that we had to order breakfast everyday. Also stepped into the room while we were showering. Other than that friendly & helpful

the staff was really nice and very helpful. especially Nefa and the guy who was working the night shifts

no windows to look outside which made it very dark. but it is a great place if you want to stay close to the beach, night life, and just to sleep.

The staff was great, the room was clean, the central location, the breakfast.

The mornings are pretty noisy due to everything being tiled which causes echos, basically your going to wake up, and no windows in the room.

Customer Service

I did pay for service that includes breakfast and they didn’t give any breakfast at all. That service was more expensive so I expect something refund or credit for a future stay. How come they offer a service that they can’t deliver.
