Goede locatie en ruime kamer

Erg gevaarlijk bad/douche. Een flesje water op de kamers was ook netjes geweest, hiervoor moesten we een hoog bedrag betalen

Nonostante la posizione strategica, l’ambiente nelle immediate vicinanze versa in condizioni di fatiscenti e di degrado ( barboni accampati ai piedi dell’hotel e rifiuti che sono ovunque).

It felt unsafe. We left early. Should have been refunded for last night.

The room (window) faced a filthy courtyard that was 15 to 20 feet from an apartment complex that was covered with clothes hanging from the windows. The courtyard was a gathering place for people to do drugs. We stayed 2 of the 3 nights and checked out early after the second night was filled with what seem to be gunfire and shouting. See attached photos of the view from my room, which is a better representation of the location than what Booking.com promoted.

It was unsafe. It was surrounded by what seemed to be a refugee housing unit that was a hang out for drug users. We were extremely disappointed that a trusted site like Booking.com gave this facility an 8.5 rating. This is the ONLY reason we selected to book with StayCity. However, it was so bad that we checked out early paid to stay at another hotel that was in a better and safe area.

Mixed feelings. Good location but bad neighborhood

Friendly staff, close to the old port and city center, parking, fully equipped kitchen, air condition in both rooms.

Located next to the metro station and bus stop, not in the nice neighborhood, didn’t feel safe walking to the hotel, especially in the evening time. Shower curtain didn’t properly work so there was always water on the floor. No cleaning during the stay (only by request and for additional payment). During the last night of my stay I was bitten by some insects, hope it wasn’t bedbugs.

Parfait pour quelques nuits à Marseille !

Le personnel est adorable et de bons conseils. À notre arrivée, on nous a donné plein de bonnes adresses personnalisées en fonction de nos envies. Le studio est agréable, bien équipé. L’hôtel est très bien situé et pas trop bruyant.

Le studio est un peu sombre, il faudrait une lampe au plafond pour plus de facilité. Pour le reste : tout était parfait !

Apartahotel bien equipado cerca del puerto viejo

El alojamiento está muy bien y completo (baño privado). Cama cómoda, utensilios de aseo, secador, tv, todo lo necesario en la minicocina… El personal de recepción muy amable y hablaban español. Le puedes pedir recomendaciones. Limpieza y silencio por las noches genial (diciembre entre semana).

La zona del hotel es buena para ir a pie a todas las zonas centrales porque está cerca del puerto, pero al no ser una de las calles principales y estar cerca de zona de metro es inseguro para volver de noche. Esto no es culpa del hotel, solo algo a tener en cuenta si eres mujer o tienes niños. Algunos comentarios dicen que Marsella es así, pero yo por ejemplo no lo sabía.

Séjour mixte prive et pro. L établissement a répondu à mon attente fort agréable et super pour un court séjour

Situation géographique. Le personnel excellent (équipe de jour comme de nuit ). La propreté de l établissement et la dimension de la chambre.

Dommage que la vue extérieur depuis le balcon est sale ( la mairie doit faire un effort pour passez une balayeuse derrière l hôtel et enlever les matelas qui se trouvent le long de l hôtel.

Appart-hôtel très sympathique et excellemment situé, tout près de tout, et dont l'accueil du personnel est hors-pair. J'y retournerai lors d'un prochain voyage sur Marseille.

Super good value for money, comfortable!

Super good value for money! I was very positively surprised with the size of the room. There was a little kitchen, all equipped in case you want to cook something etc, even with washing machine. Renovated and spacious bathroom, balcony with table and chairs. Super comfortable. Nice linen, iron and hairdryer. Location is amazing, but the exact position of the hotel can have sometimes some weird people nearby, but nothing to worry.

The view of the windows wasn’t nice. Breakfast could offer scrambled eggs too. The yogurt menu is amazing. Try blueberry.

Two nights in Marseille

Loved this place. They have a laundry and baggage storage. The staff were super helpful, making recommendations on sight seeing and even buses to take. Walking distance to the Vieux Port, with public parking right next door.

The location is good for Vieux Port, but was a little dodgy between train station and accommodation.
