Diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer auf der Vorderseite des Gästehauses. Es gab einen Ventilator und der Ausblick ist gut gewesen. Man konnte sein Auto sehen aber auch gut zu Therme schauen. An sich überzeugen mich sowohl die Rückseite als auch die Vorderseite des Gebäudes da alles seinen Vorteil hat. Falls ein extra Kissen benötigt wird kein Problem einfach fragen 👍

Am Bett war eine Leiste etwas locker. Sowohl mein Mann als auch ich sind daran hängen geblieben und haben uns einen ordentlichen Kratzer am Bein geholt. Ich hoffe nur es wird behoben.

Wucher! Finger weg!

Ganz okay, aber eben nur okay. Die 297 € pro Nacht sind absoluter Wucher und keinesfalls das Zimmer wert.

Verkalkter Duschkopf, verstopfter Abfluss, keine Kosmetikartikel außer Duschgel aus der auffüllbaren Flasche, Plastikzahnputzbecher, Putzteam hat den gesammelten Müll liegen lassen, blinde/verschmutzte Fenster, "Aussicht" auf die 1,5m entfernte Hecke, Raucherecke direkt vor'm Nichtraucherzimmer, Bettdecke war extrem abgenutzt, Handwerker weckten uns 8:00 Uhr mit dem Schlagbohrer - die 297 €/Nacht sind unverschämter Wucher. Wir können nur abraten!!!!

Extrem nettes Personal von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise. War alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Massively over priced for what it was, no discount to the therms spa across the road.

I can’t honestly say there was anything that I would say I liked.

There was no air con in the rooms, every time we opened the door to the very small balcony, the fresh air was spoiled by our neighbour chain smoking. You had to pay extra to have cutlery and plates in your room, over priced for what it was. €17 each for a continental breakfast, which was nothing special. There was a laundry room in the basement, which had a vile smell in it. Lots of pictures and brochures selling the therme spa, which leads you to believe that there are a part of it. When in reality the gausthause is just a poor looking apartment block on the far side of the car park. And you don’t have any free entry or discount.

Lovely place just 2 minutes across from Therme Erding, good place to stay since Therme Erding closes around 11pm. Friendly service, the staff were very helpful!

expensive and lacking in facilities

the location was very good next to the massive Therme Erding, spa, the rooms were kept clean, the staff were helpful and there was a balcony where you could look out. the cupboards and wardrobe were good and lit up when you opened the door. there was a breakfast room near the reception which had a good selection of food however I thought that 16 Euros per day was a bit too expensive

the one and only lift was at the end of one the wings of the hotel and my room was at the other end on the third floor. the information says you can get a kitchen pack on request from reception which is true however they don’t tell you the cost is €5 per day which cost me €30 for my 6 days, they ask you to pay when you arrive not when checking out which is very unusual. the cost was very expensive for what it was over £1000 for a 7 night stay, the plug sockets were a nightmare, when I arrived I counted 11 plug sockets in the room and only 1 was useable the others seemed to me to blanked off, when I mentioned to the reception next day they said you had to put the two prongs into the socket and twist it because it’s a safety feature to stop children poking their fingers in the socket which I have never come across in any other hotels I have stayed at in Germany, it’s very unusual. unfortunately I travelled during the week when Her Majesty the Queen was lying in state in the U.K. so I wanted to follow the events on Tv, I was pleased to see that BBC world and CNN was in the Television menu but I came up as Kein Signal, the only channels in English was France 24 from Paris, Al Jazeera and sky news, thank god for sky news which I ended up watching most of the time, the kitchen consisted of two hot plates, a refrigerator and a very small sink to wash up any dirty plates, cups etc, but no plug, I managed to acquire a plug for the sink after asking at reception but couldn’t get a plug for the basin in the bathroom which made have a wet shave difficult. in the kitchen kit there was no toaster, no electric kettle but I managed to get a kettle from reception in the end and a bug coffee machine which I couldn’t use because I didn’t have the coffee pods to fit it.

the hotel is very expensive but it doesn’t include entrance to Therme Erding although the only reason to stay there is if go to the park. Very disappointing

clean, nicely furnished. good blackout curtains for kids. delicious breakfast.

Although there is a basic kitchen have to pay extra for any crockery or cutlery. would have been happy to pay but we weren’t told. No air conditioning.

Good Value

This was a last minute stay due to airline delays and changes. It was a bit far from the airport. However the staff was able to arrange a ride for early the next morning. Note that transportation needs to be arranged the day before as the hotel is out of the way.

Very good alternative to Hotel Victory

We were looking for a cheaper alternative to hotel Victory, where we stayed last time. This is perfect. It is only opposite the street from Therme Erding. The room was clean and practically designed, bathroom was small but well equipped. There is everything you need for a good sleep. The breakfast was very good, including hot meals.

Next time we will choose a bigger room, the basic one was a little bit small for 4 of us.
