the bathroom was not clean but I am not sure I did not pay twice? I paid to booking.com but I had to pay again at the arrival of the hotel

Used before and after ferry crossing from/to Toulon. Perfect location for this

Breakfast was good. Able to park outside room. Close to excellent food hall and ferry terminal in Toulon.

On arrival gates closed needed to put pin number into key code next to smelly bins and rats running around

The keyboard to dial in the bedroom code is so dirty that everything single key is so sticky that it doesn't bounce back and you can't dial the next number. As a consequence, it takes 10 minutes of trying and trying to get in the bedroom. After 6 hours of driving, it's really annoying. The towels are really scarce, nothing for the feet by the shower; and are not changed everyday. The instruction for accessing the parking lot at night are totally unclear. Nobody really seems to care. No way to get in touch with a human being after 22:00 P.M.

Nothing much. The staff tried very hard to resolve the failed Booking.com booking.

The room was really small. The door to the toilet couldn’t close. Mould in the shower. Poor breakfast.

It was a waste of our money.

The staff did not speak English. Invoice was not correct. We included breakfast but there was no breakfast, just a few sandwiches to grab but no drinks so definitely a waste of money. We had to get our breakfast somewhere else even though we paid the hotel for breakfast included. And so on. Very unhappy with the hotel. It was a waste of our money.
