Property location was decent and rooms basic but okay.

Property facade is under construction and scaffolding covers the building and balconies on the front of the building. We could not use our balcony due to construction debris. Construction starts before 8am each morning so don’t plan for a sleep in. Communication was poor with the manager/owner and we were not informed prior to our arrival or at time of booking that property is under construction.

View wasn’t great. Small windows. Would recommend a mirror in the bedroom to use for prepping while the other person is using the bathroom.

Staff member was super helpful and friendly!

The shower was terrible! Had no pressure and the water went out of the shower more then it went on you. The hot water ran out so the second person couldn't use it. The cold water stayed cold for 2 days with no hot water.

All was ok:) Our Host Lucia was very kind and helpful, she gave us a lot of advice, recommended good restaurants etc. The room was quite big, with comfortable bathroom, small fridge and a kettle. Great localization very close to the train and bus station, Sorrento attractions and just a few minutes walk to the port.

Regularly cleaned and always had fresh scent Easily accessible Lovely decor A huge thankyou to Angelo and the boss, they had amazing hospitality and made us feel very welcome. Angelo gave many great tips and places to visit during our stay and was happy to communicate at all times. We will definitely be coming again!

Wonderful stay in Sorrento

First of all, the city of Sorrento is a dream. Beautiful, chic, clean, friendly, it has anything you could wish for. The accommodation was fantastic and Angelo was, well...as the name says, an angel. He helped with lots of recommendations of restaurants, things to visit, things to do, shops to hit etc. The apartment was very clean, nicely designed, the room big and the bed very comfy. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Sorrento and I will surely go back there in the future.

this is a residential building, apartment bought and renovated one unit into 4 hotel rooms and a “lobby”

electrical hazard present with outlet not secured and no cover plate. we only needed one night booked and we accidentally booked 2. asked to have a night taken off and they wouldn’t help, said we would pay a fee even and they said no. also tried to make us pay city tax when it was included in the booking for the breakdown. the rooms are very loud and you can hear everything from your neighbors as well as the “lobby”.

It was a lovely room, very modern and a great location. Staff were very friendly. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels.

We had no kettle in the room, which I was very disappointed about. Also the beds were a bit uncomfortable.

The locks need to be updated. Several times we had a hard time getting in the downstairs door and the door to the suite.

Amazing place to stay for our coastal vacation!

Amazing location to stay in Sorrento! quick walk to the train station, beach and shops. Property was cleaned daily and we were given fresh towels which we weren’t expecting. AC and wifi worked well. Host was extremely friendly and gave us many suggestions on restaurants and excursions.

Shower needed to be cleaned with CLR. Water pressure was poor.

Ideally located, comfy, spacious en-suite!

The room was really clean and smelling nice. Spacious, comfortable, with a balcony which is always a plus! The bed was large and I didn’t expected housekeeping every day, that was a nice surprise!

Nothing!! If I may suggest, maybe an additional mirror in the main bedroom would be comfortable (for women 😂)

Great location for the centre of Sorrento! Valentina was brilliant and gave us lots of restaurant recommendations! Would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We appreciated the lift and drying rack for clothes. Short walk to town centre.

No drinking glasses provided, refrigerator was not cold and we could not adjust it. Traffic was very noisy so we did not sit on balcony. A shelf in shower for toiletries would be helpful.

Excellent staff

The facilities and the room were very comfortable and clean and you can tell that the rooms have been recently fully renovated. Francesco and Valentina were extremely helpful, providing information and suggestions for nearby activities, beaches, restaurants and transportation and the communication with them was excellent. All in all, a very nice experience!

Everything was perfect. Location was great. We have a balcony to drink coffee or eat. Valentina was a great host. She recommended us a lot of things to do ,a lot of places to go ( pizzeria,local bar) It was great experience. Like it at all.
