This casita was absolutely perfect for my stay. It had everything I needed and was very comfortable, including the bed. It was a stone's throw from where I was visiting my mother at Clarendale senior living. I especially appreciated the kitchenette with coffee mugs, glasses, cooktop, microwave, etc. Will definitely stay here again if it's available!

This is a quaint Casita. It allowed me to have peace and quiet after visiting family. The bed was comfortable. The shower was well sized. Safe area and enjoyable. I’ll be back. Dani

The property was very nice and exceptionally clean. It was exactly as advertised. There was a small kitchen area, which we did not need to use, however it was nicely stocked. The Murphy bed was very comfortable and easy to use. We would definitely stay there again!

I chose this place because I was going to a wedding and needed a quiet place to stay. And it delivered! The Casita itself was perfect for me and had everything I needed. It's great if you are traveling alone or with one other person. The property owners live onsite but they are friendly and are there if you if you need anything. The koi pond, bonsai garden and water turtles were relaxing to see after a long drive. They have the basics you need and more! A comfortable bed, toaster oven, microwave, a two burner stove top, coffee pot, coffee, spices, etc., extra blankets in the closet if you need it and toiletries in the shower. I would definitely stay again!

This is a really tranquil setting. The koi pond with the turtles was lovely! Since I was in the area to go birding, I didn't spend a whole lot of time there, but I would definitely look into staying there again next time.

We liked the privacy and being able to quietly come and go. The landscaping is beautiful both front and back. Though we didn't have time to enjoy the wonderful Zen garden, it is wonderful. It is a tight fit with the Murphy bed down, but easy to put away and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Had trouble operating the remote for the air/heat and overhead fan...may just need a new battery, but we were fine. Appreciate the shower products too. Super easy check-in and out. Great location in niice neighborhood.

Perfect location for a Spring break getaway from work. The zen garden with the fish and turtles was very relaxing each morning with a coffee and a book. While it is further south than I expected, travelling was easy and fast everywhere we went in and around the Phoenix area.

It was small but adequate for our needs. We liked having our meals outside in the beautiful garden, where we could watch the fish and turtles and admire the plants. It's in a quiet neighborhood with good access to a major street and shopping areas.

Hosts went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The casita was delightful! Enjoyed watching the koi and turtles. Very quiet neighborhood. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

Loved this Zen garden casita. Even though small it was well supplied and the zen outdoor area with pond, turtles and koi was very relaxing especially after the wind rain storm which came the first night we were there. Close to grocery, restaurant and airport. Host on property and very pleasant to work with. Would stay again.

The casita was very well equipped, for such a small space. It was everything we needed for 2 nights. We felt very relaxed and safe. The front garden, the interior garden, fish and turtles were a calming influence amid all our travels. The overall property and neighbourhood was quiet and well kept. All the birdsong was such a great bonus. The hosts are wonderful people and I enjoyed interacting with both of them! We would highly recommend this property for one to two people for a short stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights!

The owners are avid Bonsai artists. Their garden and coy pond were delightful. This attention to detail was reflected in their rental unit. Compact but it had everything. Very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect scape

The check in process was easy and our wonderful hosts let allowed us to arrive 2 hrs early. The property has everything one might need. It’s small but don’t let this stop you. Great bed, good closet space and fully equipped with fan, AC and fridge etc. The garden is amazing and a great place to relax. Koi fish, turtles and beautiful plants. Our hosts were absolutely first class. Welcoming, helpful and interesting to chat with. We would highly recommend this property and would book again without hesitation.

I came to Arizona to visit my sister at the Clarendale. It was very close and perfect for my needs. The casita is tiny but has absolutely everything a person needs. The gardens are gorgeous and I enjoyed watching the turtles! The hosts were very friendly, available if I needed anything but not intrusive. Lovely stay.
