Great find

Peter was very welcoming, explained everything. Location was excellent Room was very comfortable and clean. Good breakfast, freshly cooked to order. Would not hesitate to book again if travelling to Deal.

Extremely comfortable, high standard, well located B and B

Lovely house, spacious bedroom and excellent bathroom facilities. Excellent breakfast, with fresh fruit and very good range of options for a cooked breakfast. A very personable host who provided helpful information about Deal and surrounding towns. Location is extremely convenient for the rail station , a 5 minute walk, and the town centre.

Great hosts, great breakfast, super sweet room with view into the backyard. Great located near the centre of Deal and also the ocean. We had a great stay, nothing to complain about.

it was ok, lovely reaturants close by.

Proximity to seafront and shops, able to park outside for free until 9.30am.

The English cooked breakfast was sometimes over cooked. There was no communal sitting room which would have been nice.

Lovliest B&B we have stayed in!

Fantastic location in the centre of deal. Beautiful property with lovely large room and bathroom. Very homely and comfortable with perfect little touches.

I went there to have a restful stay, and it certainly was.

Breakfast varied and excellent. Great coffee, good choice of menu. Host could not have been more attentive. Very spoiling!

Position of the kettle in the Church room rather awkward.

Really comfortable, enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend Bear's Well to others.

The house was beautiful, elegant and comfortable. The hosts were friendly, helpful, polite and informative. The location was very central to town and beach. The breakfast was incredible, lots of choice, all beautifully cooked and presented.

The only downside was the church bells opposite. The hourly chimes continued through the night.

I've not visited so many B&B in my life but this was definitely the most outstanding one. Breakfast so well prepared, in such a nice and well decorated room. The room was very comfortable with a very spacious bathroom. Super central, close to all the main spots in Deal.

Absolutely outstanding.

This is perfect in every way. The attention to detail, is outstanding. A very modern breakfast menu, which was exceptional. The room was very comfortable and spotless, and the en-suite was spacious and great to have a separate shower. This accommodation is just off the high street, what could be better. We loved staying here and hope to return.

This was not a negative for us, but anyone who needed a parking place outside would struggle.

Fabulous stay at Bear's Well b and b

We recently had a weekend break in Deal. The welcome was warm and friendly, the room was lovely, it overlooked a lovely garden too! Superb breakfast in a beautiful dining room. A brilliant find and in an excellent location too.

Our room was very comfortable with a large en suite bathroom and the breakfast was excellent. The house was in a quiet road and close to the town with parking nearby. Peter and his wife were very welcoming and helpful.

Lovely bnb in great location

Beds were super comfy, breakfast was delicious and location great - right in the heart of Deal. Bath in the church room was gorgeous with lovely products. Highly recommend.

Church bells go through the night, but they're lovely sounding and not super loud.

Overall lovely place to stay.

Excellent breakfast and room, nice atmosphere and hosts.

Disturbed by a garden gathering, which would have been fine if we had been advised in advance.
