Prima hotel maar wellicht qua prijs/kwaliteit wat aan de dure kant.

De locatie was makkelijk te bereiken. Voldoende parkeerplek en de parkeerplaats was afgesloten. Ontbijt was prima. De kamer was ruim en schoon.

De kamer vonden wij te warm. Tevens was er een constant suizend geluid van ventilatiesysteem oid. We konden niet vinden hoe de kamer koeler kon worden gemaakt en of het suizende geluid kon worden uitgezet. Dit was voor ons hinderlijk om goed op te kunnen slapen.

Eletronisch hotel in industriële buitenwiijk.

Het feit dat er een restaurant naast was.

Het ingewikkelde electronisch inchecken waar we geen ervaring mee hadden en het totaal ontbreken van levend personeel toen wij aankwamen.

Arrivée en dehors de l'ouverture de l'accueil (17h-21h) impossible.

Chambre correcte, en phase avec le prix

Système d'accueil par machine automatique. La machine était en panne, l'assistance téléphonique déplorable, disant qu'il n'y avait pas de problème et que n'avions qu'à attendre que la réception soit ouverte.

Didnt stay at the hotel auto reservation didnt work

Nothing we received no help from the Hotel or Booking

We could not get the automation reservation to take our cards Despite asking for help several times. I suggested we might have to find another hotel and the response was It s up to you" great leaving a family in the early hours having to find accomoidation. My advive avoiud these hotels and Booking get your act together , easy to take people money and offer nothing when issues arise

Prima nachtje slapen hier op weg naar huis!

Locatie prima, dicht bij uitvalswegen, industrieterrein maar met grote winkels en tankstation ertegenover. Even zoeken naar inrit (achterzijde).

Douchegordijn past niet bij strakke opzet van de kamer.

The location and staff were excellent and the booking in after hours together with room access was very good.

A double room clearly booked for two people with only one chair in the room is poor. There were not enough pillows. No kettle in the room is somewhat poor. Travelling out of hours with no facilities on arrival isn’t great. The ability to make tea and coffee in the room should always be available. I have a medical condition and can only drink decaf instead so I carry my own. My wife is lactose intolerant so we cater for her. All we needed was a kettle.

Perfect stop over

Spotlessly clean, good value for money. 24 hr self check in. First time we’ve used self check in and was a bit confused. Once you’ve figured it out, it’s easy and convenient.

Met our expectations and were not dissapointed.

Room was clean as were the facilities. Well located for ease of access for travel around Arras and restaurants. Breakfast was simple. My wife and I sere travellng with our 23 year old daughter, the room was set up perfect. It was on the smaller side but had some privacy for each of us but my daughter felt included which was important to us. Small desk for organizing pictures and tracle plans. Parking no issue and breakfast downstairs.

For the price this was perfect, it was the during a 3 week trip to GB and some battle sites around Europe and this was a cost cutting measure for us. As outlined this met exactly what we needed with basic confort and were happy with the cleanliness of the area and the hotel. We felt safe walking around and access to our car.

Good overnight stay within striking distance of Calais.

Have stayed here before so knew what to expect. Basic accommodation with automated entry. Secure parking for motorcycle. Lots of eating options nearby with a huge Auchan shopping complex across the busy main road.

No hairdryer in room. Hotel not in the centre of Arras but we knew this and is a good option for an overnight stay en route to Calais. Reception is not always manned and gaining access to room is a bit of a faff with codes etc. Beware of automated petrol station at Auchan shopping centre. My credit card was declined then I received a text from my bank asking me to authorise a transaction of £128.35 at Auchan Arras. Ofcourse I refused and they promptly blocked my card for the rest of the trip. Luckily my husband used his card without issue. Took a fair amount of sorting out when I returned home though.

Great spot for an overnight stopover

Clean and convenient. Good aircon. Excellent value for money. Great for a stopover whilst travelling through France. The square in town centre is well worth visit if you have time. Really beautiful. Good shopping area just across the road from hotel with restaurants and bars and enormous supermarket to stock up on supplies.

No complaints. Cheep and cheerful hotel. As expected for the price.

Issue with check-in bettwen booking.com and hotel. Booking had not gone through. Luckly i still got a bedroom

good location, but facilities lack their competition, excellent value chinese restaurant within wals

Good location, secure (locked gates at night and a security perimeter fence, clean room w ith adequate shower / toilet facilities.

First hotel I have stayed at for a long time that does not have a kettle and or tea / coffee making facilities in the room. The beds are quite firm making noise every time you turned over, let alone any other physical activity

The breakfast is excellent. So calm and you have all the supermarket around....I think i will go back there soon.

The room they gave us was small for what I wanted because my husband went under surgery so he wasn't comfortable with the room being small...
