Perfekt!

Ausnehmend nettes bemühtes, freundliches Personal. Toller Innenhof. Ruhige Lage etwas abseits aber nebenan ein schönes Einheimischenlokal für Tacos etc. Super Frühstück, sauber!

Kein Negativum sondern nur als Anmerkung, wäre ein Moskitonetz über dem Bett eine hervorragende Ergänzung. Wir hatten unser eigenes dabei und es gibt auch an den Fenstern Vorrichtungen, die allerdings nicht ganz dicht sind.

Toller Garten

Das Frühstück wird liebevoll täglich frisch zubereitet. Der Kaffee ist ein Traum. Der Garten ist ein Wahnsinn, sehr schön, grundsätzlich ruhig. Es gibt 2 kleine Hunde im Haus. Generell in der Nachbarschaft laufen (wie fast überall in Mexiko) viele Hunde herum, hatte aber keine schlechten Erfahrungen damit. Zimmer top inkl. eigenem Badezimmer. Personal sehr nett.

Lage: Die Lage ist super wenn man mit einem Auto anreist. Mit den Öffis (Bus) bzw. zu Fuß ist es etwas weit weg von allem (ca. 20 Min zu Fuß). In 10-15 Min zu Fuß erreicht man Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. Es gibt 2 Min entfernt jedoch auch einen Obstladen, Brotladen und Imbissläden. Kühlschrank: Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftskühlschrank, das System funktioniert jedoch nicht. Bei einem anderen Gast wurde das Obst für etwas anderes verwendet, mein Obst ist ganz verschwunden/entsorgt worden. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Fön und TV am Zimmer, Kartenzahlung ermöglichen.

Bedrooms need maintenance and improvements

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - no choice of meal, but a different, freshly cooked local dish was made every morning. Garden was pleasant.

Our first night was in a room at the front and the property is on a very busy road. Whilst most traffic noise was minimal, every 10 min or so, a motorcycle with no silencer on the exhaust went by and this was very, very loud. We had to spend the night sleeping with earplugs in, which becomes uncomfortable after a while. We were moved next morning to a room at the rear, which was quieter. This room, like the first, was large, spacious and mostly empty, with nowhere to sit or relax - not even on the bed, as there was a ledge at the top of the headboard at neck height. There was an impressive wall of wardrobes but completely empty, no coathangers and, as another reviewer has noted, nowhere to hang anything (a couple of hooks only). Our bathroom was shabby, grout missing from the tiles around the sink, concrete ledges under the sink with tiles missing from their edges, revealing chipped broken concrete, and three rusty screws sticking out of the wall in the shower at elbow height. Floor tiles in the room were cracked and broken, one in particular with a large hole in the middle, dangerous for bare feet. Pillows were awful, again as noted by another reviewer. While the garden was pleasant, most seats in it were very small and uncomfortable (but there were hammocks). Also as noted by other reviewers, it is a good 15 min walk to the centre of town which may be an issue for some people - we knew that already, so are not marking the property down for that. We have travelled extensively and stayed in many places more basic than this, but for the price we paid here we expected a much better maintained property with more comfort.

Check your room before payment so you know it resembles the pictures as shown on Booking

Staff are helpful, breakfast is good, location ok if your a walker as central town is about 20 minute walk. Car security is good.

Our room number 6 ( situated in the back of the hotel) did not at all resemble the pictures displayed on Booking website and was therefore way over priced for the rooms available on Booking website for this location at the time. My advice is check your room before payment.

Very nice spot to chill out

Hosts were friendly, especially the man who was serving breakfast - english speaking, helpful with planning our day, very pleasant. I fell in love with their garden - lots of colourful hammocks, beautiful plants, all garden covered in pretty colours. Lovely two little dogs :)

Great value, authentic Mexican homely accomodation

Friendly staff, family owned - used to be their large home. Private parking. Close enough to walk to town, 1 km. Safe neighbourhood. Lovely little pet dogs. Nice garden. Breakfast was free and nice.

Room at front was a little noisy during rush hour, but wasn't too bad.

Great place to stay when visiting Chichen Itza!

Lovely home in Valladolid! The garden was so nice, the pool refreshing. We could use the kitchen, water was provided. The Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, the staff very friendly and accomodating. Off-street parking! We walked into town in the evening... 20 minutes.

As usual, there were no hooks for towels or clothes! What should we do with things we've worn all day or towels we've used?? Just an overhead light. (hate them!) .

Das Personal ist sehr nett und bereitet leckeres Frühstück zu. Der Garten ist ein sehr hübsches Plätzchen.

Sehr herunter gekommene Unterkunft! Zimmer in Ordnung. Bad schrecklich. Leider unsere schlechteste Unterkunft innerhalb von 3 Wochen Rundreise, da schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. 10 Euro Telefongebühr durch telefonieren ausgegeben da wir aus der Unterkunft ausgesperrt waren, da ein anderer Urlauber von innen die Haustür abgeschlossen hat. Wir standen 1h ingesamt vor verschlossener Tür! Der Besitzer sollte dringend das Geld der teuren Unterkunft in Renovierung des Bades (neuer Toiletten Sitz, da aus Schaumstoff und Amaturen) investieren.

Super nice hosts, excellent food and absolutely great value for money!

We had such a great time at the B&B! The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect and so lovingly prepared! Would always choose it again.

The only negative point: the bathroom smelled a bit unpleasant and water pressure in the shower was quite low (but this is also known from other accommodations in Central or South America)

Besonders der Garten war ein Highlight.

Das Frühstück gab es im Garten. Als erstes wurde immer ein Teller mit etwas Obst serviert im Anschluss gab es dann Rührei mit Bohnenmus und Toast oder Pancakes. Sehr lecker und liebevoll zubereitet.

Sehr niedlich - wenn es nicht regnet

Nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, Garten sehr niedlich, Parkplatz vorhanden und das Frühstück war lecker.

Wir hatten das Zimmer (Nummer 6), welches das Fenster zum Garten hatte. Eigentlich sehr schön, jedoch hat es in der ersten Nacht sehr fest geregnet. Die Abflussrohre vom Dach leiteten das Wasser direkt auf die Kiessteine im Garten vor unserem Fenster, was einen dermassen lauten Lärm verursachte, dass es unmöglich war (sogar mit Ohropax!!!) zu schlafen. Es fühlte sich an, also würde jemand direkt neben dem Bett duschen! Dieses Erlebnis hat den Aufenthalt hald negativ geprägt.

Excelente estancia

La estancia nos encantó. Desde el trato del personal hasta sentirnos en casita con perritos desayunando a nuestro lado y dándonos amor. El único detalle fue el baño fuera de la hab y la lejanía de la casa. Sin duda lo tomaríamos en cuenta para regresar.

Informations pertinentes de l’hôte. Petit déjeuner sympa. Très joli cadre de jardin.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait quasiment pas, nuit compliquée avec la chaleur. La piscine sentait bizarre même qu’elle puait un peu chelou. Lit très dur.
