Spacious

It said toilet roll was provided and none available, no cleaning products available. Dirty oven. Noisy Beds uncomfortable, the whole place just needs a bit off an upgrade

Price too high for a lousy property with poor customer communications.

Not much. If pushed to find something nice to say, I'd say he kitchen was decent but we did not use it.

The property is basically lousy. Some of the pictures of the property are not the actual pictures you will get The pretty bedroom does not exist. The shower had mold. The heater in one of the bedrooms did not work. The floorboards have paint falling off them and mold. The sink was clogged only drained very slowly , The carpets were stained badly in multiple areas and are torn. The floors creaked badly in the apartment and from the apartment above. Don't plan on sleeping past 6:30 AM. Besides the basic property representation, functionality and condition, our problems started upon while attempting to pick up the keys at 11:05 PM which we did not think was a problem. We could not get in our first night and ended up having to find and pay for a hotel that was nice for the same price but didn't check in at the hotel until 2:00 am. The communication with the property management was poor. There was no mention in the communication sent to my email that we had to get the keys prior to 11 PM or we would be locked out for the evening.. We called multiple times starting at 11:05 and never got a response. Called the next day and were not apple to speak with anyone. After we challenged the 11:00 PM check in deadline, the property manager sent us a different text stating there was an 11:00 PM limit on picking up the keys. We simply asked for one night to be credited to our credit card because we did not stay there and we got a firm NO partly because I called the property lousy. Part of the problem was with booking.com. There was no mention of an 11:)) PM deadline. None of the check-in details were visible, until after we committed to book the apartment. My advice is to avoid this one at all costs. You'll be happy you did.

Great apartment

It was in a great location, as it wasn’t too far walking distance to places and in car even quicker! Property was huge! Lovely decor, beds were super comfy. Felt really homely. Shame we were only there 2 nights!! Would definitely stay again.

There was nothing we did not like.

Very pleased, would 100% stay again.

Amazingly well kept property, very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The host and her assistant was very helpful and catered to our every need to ensure my Dad had a great Birthday there.

Clean and comfortable. Safe and secure. Host was very responsive and friendly communicator throughout the stay.

Nothing not to like- but would possibly benefit from adding a shower over the bath in main bathroom. The apartment can sleep 5 and this may be beneficial for the future.

It was worth it, and I would stay again.

I liked that the location was central. Close to my family and friends and close to the stadium of the graduation ceremony we were attending. I also liked that as a family we were able to have a home cooked meal big enough for both families.

It was to hot even though it was cold outside. It needs a fan or central air conditioning. I was also told that it was being cleaned at 2 pm and when we arrived after 4 pm there were dirty dishes.

Very good

We liked that it was quiet and had parking facilities. It was spacious and comfortable for what we needed.

Could do with redecorating and the finer details addressing. The corridor outside of the apartment needed cleaning. Could do with better looking matching beds. But I’m being fussy.

Peaceful stay at a great location.

The place is very spacious and everything needed was provided. Shops were close by, hosts very helpful and communication was great. The area isn't noisy which was a bonus.

The HDMI cable didn't work so I was unable to project what I needed to with it, but this is a very minor thing because everything else was perfect.

Really clean, lovely apartment situated in the centre of Northampton, Host's were always contactable

We booked this property in quite short notice as we were attending a wedding and they had no rooms available. As a maid of honor I needed to be close to the venue as I had a million and one jobs to do - the location was perfect, we picked up the keys from a local convenience store, which again was close to the property - the host's gave us great instructions which helped locate both the store and the parking within the apartment. The property even supplied tea, coffee and cooking oil which was such an added bonus!

I have no comments here as it was perfect for what we needed it for.

Great location for the town centre with car parking... the apartment was hot but we were having a heatwave so would recommend maybe a fan. But very helpful with the booking and instructions. Apartment had everything you need and would stay again

Disappointed

Not a lot to be honest.

Dishwasher leaks. En suite pipes leak. Check in is a nightmare. Location poor. TV not set up. Kitchenware dirty.
