La posada está ubicada en un lugar privilegiado, con vista al poniente. El lugar es tranquilo, silencioso, acogedor, las habitaciones limpias, cómodas. Y la atención de La Sra Indira, y su personal excelente.

Es una zona muy tranquila y se ve el mar desde las habitaciones. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas.

No es una zona de playa, hay que tener en cuenta que hay que desplazarse dentro de la isla. No había wifi en la zona de las habitacones ni comedor. Opciones de desayuno un poco limitadas.

traveling to Providencia is unique. Indra and all the ladies were kind and hospitable.

Nice location right on the bay. Loved the hammocks and the common spaces to just lounge. Indra was incredibly helpful with everything. Nice typical breakfast and even made bush tea.

Nothing about the property, just other guest were extremely loud, waking me up with loud conversations in the middle of the night like 2:30 am. It is a small place so noise does travel through the walls and from the common spaces and the same guest kept using the hammock right outside the door of the room when their hammock was open and the common hammocks were open too, it was just strange and no regard to personal space. And there was very faint WiFi if it even worked- do not rely on it if you need connection. But your in paradise so why does it really matter?

A piece of paradise ⭐

Providecials are second to none! You are at home in the island and absolutely safe. The mountain peak, most of the beaches, the neighbouring coral and islands are what makes Providencia unique nature wise. And the Posada is by far the best! Thank you Indra, Pati, Karen, Juan and the rest of those whose names I can't recall. We had a blast 😁

There are still a lot of debris as a consequence of a hurricane. A hurricane hit the island some time ago and locals are still recovering. It's a gorgeous piece of paradise with exceptional peeps. They need our visits and support to get back on track. Don't be shocked by the debris. *** Recommendations for family and long-stayers*** 1. Get groceries and cook if you don't wanna spend too much on food. 2. Bring repellant and antihistamine. 3. Pack high factor of sun block.

Enjoy the island life :)

Very beautiful location and nice hosts. comfortable and accommodating. Lovely hammocks to relax and enjoy the view. You can rent a scooter and book tours directly with them. We stayed for 6 nights enjoying the island life and wouldn’t mind to stay longer!

Wi-Fi was spotty, but it looks to be normal around the island. If you really want to stay online get some SIM card with data. claro worked fine

Superb

Indra is the real added value of the posada, all people working there are amazing and kind. Since the first moment to the last, we receive attention and kindness. Rented the bike with Indra (impossible to travel the island without). She can help organizing tours and boat excursions to the island spots. Breakfast is reasonable and prepared very quickly. Room is comfortable, very clean. The place is quiet and the sea view is amazing.

Beautiful, friendly quaint place to - no problem at all reccomending!

This is a family run business - Chantal, her mother and brother were amazing hosts, super easy to deal with, extremely friendly, helpful and they very welcoming! They had so much local knowledge of the island and went out of their way to help - they even drove me to the store to get some water and supplies that i needed and helped arranged a special dinner out. Bonus: Chantals mother is an incredible cook and made us lunch one day which was out of this world! Meatballs, rice, lentil soup, salad and a mago type dessert…. The hotel is very Nice, small and quaint but right on the water overlooking a beautiful bay in the ocean. There is literally marine life everywhere right in front of you - i would get up in the morning to have my coffee on the hammock a d watch the eagle rays, pencil fish or other types jumping and swimming within 5 feet of me! Rooms are clean, air conditioned and comfortable, they have their own kittle beach area but there are some other larger beaches very nearby - my daughter, wife and I will definitely be returning!

Honestly - nothing really, maybe the only thing would be an extra sheet or blanket on the bed but at the same time I never asked for one and Im sure they have…

the place for the best island vibes

- the VIEW!! - amazing and friendly staff, the owner is very chilled and helped us book everything from dinners to a golf buggy - rooms were clean and comfortable, really impressed - location is right beside a shop for all your water and snacks - they offer an awesome day tour around the island, snorkeling and history for a great price - breakfast and coffee

- no complaints, would be the only place I stay next time!

The best and most beautiful waking up of life

Our staying was above and beyond our expectations. Indra and her daughter were amazing hosts that always intended to create a great atmosphere and to help us enjoying the best of the island. Also, it was my BF birthday and they were spectacular in providing an excellent day.

beautiful view of the sea

the view is the best thing in the posada. its priceless to wake up like this. the owner of the place is very nice and can rent you motorbikes or golf cars to get you around the island. also they organized the boat tour that picked us up rith in front of our room. very clean room and simple but good breakfast.

a couple of extra pillows and a light blanket would be welcome

Our stay at Posado Old Town Bay was great! the room was right on the water and there were lots of hammocks and an under cover area to find some shade. The breakfast was also a nice way to start the day and they were even accommodating for earlier breakfasts on days we were diving. they also rent scooters on the property which is a must to get around the island! however the best part was the hospitality - Posada Old Town Bay is run by a wonderful family who were always so kind and helpful!

Ok for one night stay

The hostess was nice and gave us an upgrade to a bedroom with private toilet. Room had ac, was clean and tidy. Breakfast was also good

The bed was very uncomfortable and room very small, you could barely walk. The bedroom was also right in front of the reception, you could hear all the noise.
