Ao entrar na acomodação pensamos em procurar outro hotel.

Localização boa. Café da manhã atende as expectativas. Atendimento dos funcionários da recepção bom.

Atendimento da empresa terceirizada de estacionamento ruim. Atendimento da cozinha no café da manhã pode melhorar. A acomodação para 3 pessoas é muito pequena! Este tamanho de quarto não atende 3 pessoas. As instalações sanitárias do banheiro são ruins. O exaustor do banheiro não funciona. O mobiliário pra 3 pessoas não acomoda as bagagens e necessidades dos usuários.

Fiz um pré chekin on line e quando cheguei no hotel, queriam me cobrar o dobro do valor, porém informei a atendente e mostrei a reserva com o valor no meu telefone e foi feito pelo valor da pré reserva.

Café da manhã bem variado e saboroso. A cozinheira Elizângela ARRASOU em acolhimento , informações , sendo muito prestativa e atenciosa . Camareiras nota 10 , muito sorridentes , capacitadas e auxiliando nas informações. Precisamos trocar o quarto para um com camas separadas e fomos prontamente atendidas , pela recepção da manhã .

Praia em frente do hotel pouco policiada . Em especial , a noite . Nós sentimos um pouco de medo e fomos mais pra frente . Município deve ser alertado disso . Vidros externos( janela ) estavam sujos .

The hotel doesn’t have a good laundry service. I needed to get out early in the morning and came back late. If you need to wash your shirts you just cannot.

The second day the staff was better and Luka and ester spoke excellent English.

The check in was painfully slow. The receptionist did not want to respect the booking price. I had to show him the price on my booking. I really didn't like that. Also the gluten free request was not met, that pissed me off as I requested it many times. The area is good.

Nice stay!

Great Brazilian style breakfast, nice room, comfortable bed, everything was clean.

The lighting was a bit funny, but one can get used to it. Not a huge problem at all.
