Ugodan, cist i miran smjestaj

Izuzetna cistoca objekta, ljubazni domacini, gazdarica nas je pocastila domacim smokvama iz svog vrta. Blizina svih potrebnih sadrzaja (Konzum, Tomi, Interspar, pekarna, Kik...).

Djecu je na pomocnom lezaju budilo sunce kroz staklena ulazna vrata, nije se moglo zamraciti. Mrezica za komarce bila je samo na prozoru spavace sobe, na ostalim prozorima nije je bilo pa su nam ulazili komarci.

Perfect budget accommodation near the beach and local shops

Excellent location - 10 min walk to the beach, 10 min walk to the village center with bars and restaurants, 1 min to the grocery shop/supermarket, yet quiet location. The apartment itself is clean, reasonably spacious and comfortable - excellent value for the price.

Poor overall cleanliness, dust everywhere, spider webs, stinky air conditiner, moldy sofa pillows.

Excellent location for everything - beach, shops, restaurants and Nin old town.Friendly and useful owners.Full equipment kitchen.Rooms were big enough.Bed was comfortable.

Disappointing

- near the historical town - near the beach - near the island Vir - near the supermarket

- the sun shines to the terrace from midday till sunset - the dust on the bed side tables and in the cupboard - the hair from the dog on the floor

Blizina plaže, trgovina , do svega možeš pješke. Ljubazni domaćini.

Krevet su katastrofa, neudobni i potrgani. Plocama od iverice zamjenjene podnice. Stari namještaj.

A good vacation rental at a convenient location

The property is located very conveniently, about 8 minutes walking from the beach, 10 minutes walking from old town, 3 minutes walking from Tommy hypermarket and just across the road from Konzum supermarket. It has all basic equipment you need, and all apartments have their private terrace part. You'll get nothing fancy or any special atmosphere here, but it's still a proper place for vacation if you spend most of your time on the beach.

In real, the property is ~450 meters from the closest point of the sea and ~700 meters from the beach - but whoever checks a map should know this :) What was a bit more surprising, that apartments don't have a washing machine and microwave oven, which are usually available in similar properties in this area - of course it's likely written, just we didn't check properly the description. A/C was not too effective in one apartment.
