el cuarto y la atencion del personal del hotel estubo bien

el desaryuno muy malo no fue muy agradable y todo era muy feo ademas como baje a las 9 no habia nada de comida ni opciones ademas en la habitacion solo habia una toalla

Deplorable

La noche que llegué de viaje con mi familia la señorita que me atendió mas parecía odiar su trabajo o simplemente actuó con displicencia hacia mi persona no me explicó nada del proceso de chequeo, le molestaba las preguntas que yo le hacia, me trató con poco respeto siendo yo una persona mayor que ella. No me dió indicaciones de nada y tuve que regresar tres veces al counter a hacerle preguntas de como encender las luces en el cuarto cuando le pregunté porqué no me explicó todo eso me echó la culpa a mí pero es que ella nunca tuvo una actitud de buen servicio al cliente. La referida jovencita parece tener favoritismo y sentirse mas cómoda con gente de su generación porque en una de las ocaciones que fui al lobby a preguntarle porqué no encendían las luces estaba atendiendo una pareja joven, riéndose muy flamante, viendo videos de tiktok sabiendo que yo esperaba. La observe por un buen rato y no me atendió sino hasta que su fiestecita terminó. Cuando me atendió con la misma actitud pésima, irrespetuosa y discriminante le pregunté porqué me trataba así? Porqué conmigo era otra cara y yo acababa de ver otra persona sonriente atendiendo los clientes anteriores. Le dije que uno llega cansado del viaje a buscar donde reposar y quiere descansar pues no estas en casa y le dije cuando me atendiste a mi parecías estar odiando lo que haces yo soy tu cliente y no estas mostrándome hospitalidad ni el mismo trato que acabo de ver. Ella como que se vió confrontada con su actitud y le dije no tengo nada en contra tuyo pero acabo de ver dos personas diferentes en ti y en tu trato hacia mi y hacia otros. Adicional a eso el hotel no tenia hielo, no había microondas ni mini refrigerador para el precio que se paga mejor un motel los tiene. Y encima me alojaron en el cuarto 109 que está conectado con una bodega y por la mañana me golpearon la puerta fuerte diciéndome que les dejara entrar!!!! Qué es esto? Como se les ocurre tener una bodega en una habitación. Quiero mi dinero de regreso

Decepcionante. Pésimo internet y no tiene gimnasio habilitado. No volveré.

Buena zona con restaurantes cerca.

Pésimo internet. Se deconecta constantemente, y lleva tiempo acceder de nuevo. No tiene buen alcance. Internet no apto para trabajar alli. No tiene gimnasio habilitado. Deberian avisarlo porque elegi ese hotel por encima de otras opciones precisamente por el gimnasio.

Cook place to stay

Overall, it was a good experience. The location is excellent, the beds are comfortable. However, there is no room service which is something I didn't like, and although everything was clean and tidy, the bathroom had a very strong musty and damp smell. Other than that, everything was fine.

El ruido del exterior porque habían muchos vehículos hasta altas horas de la noche acelerando sus motores como si fueran carreras ilegales.

I will stay again in my next visit. This is a comfortable,secury and good location for anything I need.

Good location, we was close to anything, good restaurant’s, supermarket, retail stores, main roads to go anywhere.

It was very clean, the rooms very spacious and the breakfast it was delicious.

Handed my reservation to someone else. Terrible service

I made a reservation and when I showed up to the property, they handed my reservation to someone else due to me coming later than check in time. What was the point of the reservation? By the time I showed up, every other hotel was booked and I had no where else to stay. Terrible service. Would not recommend.

Decent 3 Star Hotel

The breakfast was decent but the fruit was not as fresh as expected. The quiet room I requested was near the elevator so noises could be heard as guests entered and exited the floor.

I was robbed by these people

location is great. staff is very polite but the manager is the worst kind of people you can find. I would not recommended at all.

I have to end my trip 11 days before it was planned and they didn’t refound me the 11 days that I had already paid in advance, so I end up paying for 11 days that I didn’t use. location is great but they have an infestation of roaches that is creepy. staff is very polite but the manager is the worst kind of people you can find. Perfect stay! Breakfast is really good

Definitely a pleasant stay, not to mention the US Embassy is less than 10mins away walking also the doctors office is literally the building next door, I Absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely be back..

it was fine but,i wish i had the option to pay extra for a mini fridge and not have to change rooms because of my reserv

the style,location and size

no mini fridge included in the room,and the towells and some beddings are starting to show their wear and tear w/age. the coffee,was better before when it was in larger thermos or coffee makers. i liked it better when the breakfast was help yourself better.
