Home away from home in lovely Llandudno

The staff were amazing - it was a home away from home. I had a very good evening meal there.

enjoyable stay

Breakfast 10/10 Room 9/10 tv not in position to be able to watch from bed. Dinner 10/10 but did mention previously staff clearing tables either side of me whilst I was eating,(noisely) and preparing tables for breakfast !

Great

Location excellent, was very Clean. All staff are friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Would stay again.

We all three enjoyed our welcoming stay and hope to come again.

Breakfast was great and had plenty of choice. Room was lovely with sea view.Relative room very near so no worry.

Dinner menu a bit the same each evening ,needed more variety.We all three enjoyed our say

The comfort of the rooms, the standard of the food and the helpfulness of the staff

I would have liked a single room on the ground floor, due to my elderly mother. I would have loved a room with a sea view but this was unavailable on booking.

warm and friendly, comfortable, excellent breakfast and staff very approachable. ideal for weekend breaks.

if you park next to the hotel you run the risk of your car being covered in seagul poo .

The Staff were very good and the breakfast was one of the best i have had in a long time the Chef was first class.

The Hotel parking was limited which is fine but trying to get into the parking spot was hard. I am a HGV Driver and I am used to getting in to tight places but this was very close to damaging my car which is not nice thing on holiday. The Gate opens and because it takes so long to get into the car park because of the Large Red Bins on the right were you have to turn left into the car park. The gate stars to close. I drive HGV for a living and I found this is not a thing you need on holiday. I hate to think about other drivers .

Overall a brilliant stopover for the night

Excellent hotel in a great location

All meals were of a high quality,room was excellent with a fantastic shower. The hotel is in a great location just a few hundred yards from the pier

Was pleasantly surprised with hotel standard and had no dislikes

Lovely staff

Staff were lovely, couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was lovely, all the food you can imagine.

Paid for a family room expecting a single bed for my daughter but she had a z bed. Issue with the mattress but was quickly resolved.

Excellent and relaxing.

the food for Breakfast and evening meal where unbelievable. Being able to change the menu every day was amazing. As my husband is disabled they offered to move our room to a ground floor G1. The size of the room was more than we expected and as it was the other side of Reception and there were doors between us and entertainment, so was so quiet. Although not a seaview as such as the window was on the side of the Hotel but even so the view was fantastic. The hotel's situation is very handy and I think if you get there at a good time the parking is very convenient. The staff couldn't do enough for you from the lowest member right through to the owners. Lovely to find a hotel that has been in a family for so long. Thank you, we will definitely be back.
