Ideale Lage für Stadturlaub

Die Lage war sehr gut, Schlüsselübergabe unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung war kühl, insbesondere beim Badezimmer war das sehr unangenehm, besonders abends. Die Temperatur konnte man nicht ändern, Sauberkeit am Boden und in den Ecken ist verbesserungswürdig.

Our stay at Decorialab Apartments contributed so that our trip to Bologna is unforgettable !

The location was great since it was near the train station and the historic center. Our hostess was perfect and very helpful to our requests! The apartment was very clean, with light, super warm, hot water and everything someone could ask for, even umbrella for unexpected rain!! Walking distance to everything, very close to lo sfizio for boulangerie and bella riva for coffee or wine if you want to be lazy and stay near the apartment. We recommend it without second thought,

Posizione centrale, proprietaria gentile e disponibile e ambiente accogliente. Avevamo il treno nel pomeriggio e ho apprezzato molto che ci abbiano fatto lasciare i bagagli per alcune ore dopo il check out.

Cozy and beautiful apartment in the center of Bologne

Friendly owner, cozy apartment with all the necessary equipment for a couple and a baby (they set up a cot for us). Location is super, in the center but facing a beautiful and quiet courtyard. Totally recomendable.

If you are planning to stay long inside the apartment (i.e. working), the living area is a bit small. For tourism and going to the apartment just to rest, it is great.

It was a good stay in the middle of the city.

It was located very close to the city center. Walkable distances, facilities were good. The place had a fridge and a stove top if you wanted to cook something of prepare a meal. Also the place was clean.

The pillows were very used, not very comfortable, I woke up every day with a stiff neck.

It was central

Aperture in bathroom not closing properly, house very cold. Bathroom water tap not consistent water so half way through you would end up with ice cold water. Towels small and smelly. Replaced but still.smelly. no one cleans room

Warm and well located, but feels run-down and not clean

The owner was really very nice and let us drop our bags before the check-in time. The apartment was very warm and well-located. It faces a nice backyard so it's not noisy.

Unfortunately we felt like the house wasn't very clean (there was dust on the walls, pipes, baseboards, crumbs on the fridge, the shower curtain was dirty, etc..). The towels were washed but didn't have a pleasant smell and were very worn. The whole place was a bit run-down and neglected, e.g. the headboard's fake leather is peeling. Overall, it needs a renovation and deep cleaning. It's not the owner's fault, but the neighbours on the other apartment were smoking and we smelled it from our room. The internet was spotty.

Loved it!

We really liked our stay here. In the apartament we had found all we needed- from iron, kitchen utensils to coffee machine - and it was in perfect location (close to train station and city centre). I agree that sofa in the living room wasn't very comfy, but it didn't overshadow the rest of this amazing apartament. Huge plus for it's unique decor :)

Very beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable and well-kept. Even though we were 30 minutes late, we were not charged the above fee that was quoted. The house was in the perfect location. Close to everything but also quiet. thank you!!

budget lodging but at high price

quiet, in walking distance (10-15’) to train station and to city center, kitchen separated from bedroom, wi-fi.

cement flooring without rugs, really cold in kitchen, AC was not working, power goes out if 2 appliances are used simultaneously, heating went out in the last night, TV small and low quality.

Absolutely great gem in the centre of Bologna

The host responded timely to my communication and was very patient with my arrival which was delayed due to strikes of the train workers on that day. Thank you Claudia and Chicco! It was good to know there is a response and understanding on the other side. Also, the apartment is quite comfortable, the bathroom is big and there are facilities for laundry which I did not use but would be really good for longer stays.

The bath tab. I am sure this will be improved. The bathroom is very comfortable and has space for a nice walk in shower. It would be awesome!

Exceptional

My partner and I were very satisfied with the accommodation. The apartment was facing towards a courtyard, and therefore very quiet. The room and kitchen were equipped with all the basic necessities one might need during a visit. Our arrival time was a bit later than we agreed due to flight delay but the host was very nice, easy-going and accommodating. It was also possible to leave the bags in safe storage after we had checked out and collect them later. Will definitely stay there again.
