The newly acquired from us, detached cottage is z. T. newly furnished.
In the spacious living-dining room welcomes you a beautiful limed oak parquet, on which a new cozy corner sofa set in front of a warm, closed fireplace stands. Two televisions receive via satellite connection international thus also German TV and radio programs. Likewise, an Apple TV box is available on both TVs. In the whole house is WLAN (65 Mbit line !!) to disposal. The Wi-Fi is free.
The kitchen is very good and fully equipped, you will find brand appliances such. As a Miele dishwasher, Siemens ceramic hob, an oven and a microwave and 2 coffee machines (Senseo and filter coffee) before.
Next to the kitchen counter is a white Bo-Concept table, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with ample closets, blackout curtains and some new beds.
In the entrance area is a spacious shower room with washing machine and toilet. The second bathroom (with bath and toilet) is located between the 2 bedrooms to the east side on the ground floor. The bedroom 1 is equipped with a 2 x 0.80 m double bed, the bedroom 2 has single beds with 2 x 0.80 m mattresses.
A narrow staircase leads to a chilled-out gallery with 3 Velux skylights, which can be darkened and opened with a wireless remote control. Here is a second TV with CD / DVD player available and you get into the 3rd Bedroom (1 x 0.80 m x 1.87 m single bed), which is great for children.
The house (90sqm) is located on a very spacious, about 620sqm large, southwest facing property, which runs on a small lake, allows a lot of privacy and is beautifully grown with trees and shrubs. On the spacious terrace you have a garden table with chairs for 6 people available as well as several garden chairs and a parasol. The garden is not visible from the street !! In front of the house are 2 parking spaces, which are framed by a rosary. Other parking spaces are located diagonally opposite across the street.
The Landal Holiday Park has an excellent, mostly renewed infrastructure, which is particularly suitable for families and active holidaymakers:
In addition to a clean swimming pool with giant slide and a number of children's entertainment programs, there is a restaurant, an ice cream parlor and a new supermarket Spar with a rich offer and daily fresh bread available.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Zeelandmuschel. In der Ferienwohnung war alles notwendige vorhanden!
Auch die Lage des Ferienparks war super für unsere täglichen Ausflüge sowie der Ferienpark selbst mit den vielen Spielplätzen war ideal für unsere Kinder.
Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder.

Es passte alles von der Buchung über die Kommunikation zur Anreise und Check in. Das Haus war cosy und hat uns gut gefallen und wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das einzigste was wir vermissten waren Badematten in den Bädern aber das war verschmerzbar….

Tolles Haus zum Seele baumeln lassen!
Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt.
Das Wetter war während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wechselhaft, so dass wir die chillige Terrasse direkt am Wasser leider nur selten nutzen konnten. Wenn sich die Sonne aber mal blicken liess, war das der perfekte Platz, um zu entspannen und bei einem kühlen Getränk die Natur, das Wasser, die Möwen und die Enten auf sich wirken zu lassen. Herrlich.
Für eine Besetzung mit 6 Reisenden wären größere Töpfe zum Kochen wünschenswert. Wir waren nur zu viert, so dass alle Küchenutensilien ausreichten.
Als wir ein kleines Problem mit der Waschmaschine hatten, wurde uns umgehend per Whattsapp und Email geholfen, so dass wir den Fehler schnell finden konnten.
In unserer 4er Gruppe waren zwei Senioren (80 und älter), denen Treppensteigen schwer fällt. Hier waren die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ideal.
Zusammengefasst: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus direkt am Kanal und fußwegig vom Strand entfernt, ruhige Lage mit großzügigem Garten, ein echter Traum!

Fijn huis, veel gemak, fijne plek.
Fijn huis is dit. Voorzien van alle gemakken, en goed ingericht. Het staat vrij, op een flink stuk land, in een stil gedeelte van dit grote Landal Park. Met goeie spullen en heerlijke plekken om buiten te zitten, mooie tuin aan het water. Goed uitgeruste keuken, waar handige apparaten (staafmixer, broodrooster) en een aantal basis kruidenierswaren gewoon voorhanden zijn. Fijn dat er twee goeie badkamers zijn, waarvan 1 met vloerverwarming. Goede stevige bedden en matrassen. Het huisje werd tot in de puntjes schoon en opgeleverd. Het is 15-20 autominuten naar de Noordzee, maar dichterbij zijn mooie wandelingen over de Grevelingendijk. (Twee ouders + twee pubers 15, 18). Goed en vriendelijk contact met de eigenaren en met de sleutelbeheerder.

Idyllische Wohlfühloase
In Mitten der gepflegten Ferienanlage Landal liegt dieses tolle Ferienhaus, das uns sofort begeisterte. Innen wie außen liebevoll gestaltet, lädt diese Unterkunft sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Während unseres kompletten Aufenthalts fehlte es uns an nichts. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet, alle Räumlichkeiten äußerst gepflegt und sauber. Das absolute Highlight ist für uns der Garten, der an einen kleinen Fluss angrenzt. Eine zusätzliche Terasse befindet sich genau dort, wo man die Seele so richtig baumeln lassen kann. Der Blick aufs Wasser und die Enten lädt zum Träumen ein. Herzlichen Dank an Fr. Broeker, Sie können sicher sein, dieses war nicht unser letzter Besuch in diesem traumhaft schönen Domizil! Liebevoll und geschmackvolles eingerichtetes FeHaus.
Wir haben nichts vermisst.
Wunderschönes Grundstück mit gemütlicher Seeterasse.
Doppelbett ist gut und bequem 2 x 80 x 200 Kopfkissen sind immer individuell unterschiedlich zu bewerten - glücklicherweise ich hatte mein eigenes dabei.
Küche ist top ausgestattet wenn man kochen möchte.
Lage ist ideal zum Radfahren.
Wenn man einen schönen Sandstrand sucht dann muss man schon mit dem Rad oder Auto fahren.
Einkaufen kann man direkt im Park oder 5 Min. Autofahrt im Supermarkt in der Nähe.
Uns hat "Zierikzee" mit seinem Marktpkatz und den Cafes/Restaurats am besten gefallen.
Sehr nette Eigntümerin die sich noch persönlich
kümmert trotz Verwaltung.

Wir haben alles so angetroffen wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist großzügig, gemütlich eingerichtet, Küche top ausgestattet, schöner Garten zum chillen und Enten beobachten. Supermarkt in der Anlage. Die Gegend ist ideal zum Radfahren und laufen, z.B. auf dem Deich zum bezaubernden Brouwershaven.

Heerlijke vakantie in Zeeland vlak bij Noordzee en het Grevelingen meer.
Wij zijn met onze twee kinderen twee weken verbleven in deze mooie en complete vakantie woning. De ligging is op loopafstand van het Grevelingen meer en binnen 10 minuten ben je met de auto aan het Noordzee strand. Een aanrader voor andere Zeeland fans.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und es war sehr sauber und rihig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Idyllisch gelegenes und süß eingerichtetes Häuschen
Wir waren mit 2 Paaren und einem Kleinkind im Ferienhaus und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet und bietet alles was benötigt wird. Ein Supermarkt, Hallenschwimmbad, Tennisplätze, etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Am Wasser ist man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß / zu einer Bademöglichkeit - Strand muss man 10 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren. Auch das war kein Problem und hat alles super geklappt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schönes, individuelles Haus - super nette Vermieter
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet (keine Standard Möbel), es liegt an einer ruhigen Stelle im Park (kein Lärm) an einem Wasserlauf. Die Betten sind sehr bequem (für uns ganz wichtig). Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Schlüsselübergabe und der Wäscheservice haben super funktioniert. Dorothee hat sich große Mühe gegeben muss mit Tips für die Umgebung zu versorgen. Die gesamte Kommunikation mit ihr war ausgesprochen nett und Dorothee hat immer schnell reagiert auf unserer Fragen. Vielen Dank für eine erholsame Zeit. Wir kommen im Herbst gerne wieder!!!

Maison indépendante très agréable dans un parc bien équipé
La maison est très confortable et fonctionnelle avec ses 2 chambres 2 salles de bain, l’espace en mezzanine parfait pour les enfants et le beau jardin. En cette période automnale elle est bien chauffée et il n’y manque rien. Les propriétaires sont très avenants même si nous ne les avons pas vu. La maison est gérée par une agence. Le parc Landal port grève est bien équipé avec des jeux pour enfants, un restaurant, un supermarché. Nous avons pu rayonner dans toute la Zélande grâce à son emplacement central. Rien à redire, juste à conseiller.

Sehr schön renoviertes Haus mit schönem Garten
Die Eigentümer haben das Haus sehr schön renoviert. Das Wohnzimmer ist insbesondere sehr wohnlich. Die Küche ist sehr vollständig und hochwertig ausgestattet , einzig eine Mikrowelle wäre wünschenswert. Unsere Tochter (5 Jahre) hat insbesondere ihr eigenes kleines Apartment im 2. Stock genossen. Der Garten war größer als wir anhand der Fotos angenommen hatten, und ist eine echte Ruheoase. Die Bäder sind sehr sauber und funktional. Kleinere Reklamationen (z.B. defekter Duschschlauch) wurden direkt umgesetzt. Die Vermieter sind neue Eigentümer und sehr motiviert die Immobilie immer weiter zu verbessern. Wir würden das Haus wieder für einen Urlaub buchen!

Heerlijk vakantiehuis, zeer compleet!
Werden na een telefoontje bij aankomst netjes ontvangen door het agentschap, samen de woning doorlopen.
Mooi licht en ruim vakantiehuis van alle gemakken voorzien! Ruim genoeg voor ons gezin van 5 personen. Heerlijk luxe met twee badkamers, een vaatwasser en een wasmachine.
Mooie grote tuin met fijn tuinmeubilair. Kunt daar fijn privé zitten terwijl de kindjes lekker in de tuin spelen. Ligging van het huisje is ook mooi.
Verder veel leuke speelplekken op het park. Evenals het centrumgebouw van Landal met binnenspeelmogelijkheden, winkel en restaurantje. Voor het zwembad dient apart betaald te worden.
Ligging van het park is prima, rijdt makkelijk naar strand en leuke stadjes.
Grevelingenmeer aan de andere kant van de weg is ook leuk. Kinderen hebben daar vaak krabbetjes gevangen!
Contact met de verhuurder verloopt ook keurig. Alles is en gaat zoals er is afgesproken en als in de advertentie staat. Op de dag van aankomst zelfs nog een berichtje ontvangen of we goed zijn aangekomen en alles naar wens is.

Ein sehr gemütliches und helles Haus, welches sich für eine 5 bis 6 köpfige Familie sehr gut anbietet (3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, genügend Rückzugmöglichkeiten im Haus, Küche perfekt ausgestattet, schön angelegter sonniger Garten, ruhige Lage).
Unser Gastgeber die Familie Bröker, war ständig bedacht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.
Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt.
Unser Fazit: wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!
Es ist ein perfektes Haus, um Energie zu tanken.
