Appartementencomplex ligt in de leuke plaats Bale. Op loopafstand van historisch centrum. Paar passen en je bent er. Ook vindt je daar een supermarktje. Fijne kamers, handige buitenkeuken, prettige gastheren, kortom... fijn verblijf gehad. Tevens nog een leuk klein welkomstgeschenk gekregen.

Eigenlijk weinig. Het enige is misschien dat je even moet puzzelen hoe je 2 grote koffers handig kunt neerzetten en kunt openen op de 2 persoonskamer.

Des vacances merveilleuses à Bale grâce à cet pied à terre de haute qualité.

Nous avons TOUT apprécié ! C'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances. La résidence à deux pas du village, au calme et avec beaucoup de commodités. Tout est pensé pour faciliter la vie quotidienne, la cuisine d'été est un plus. Le jardin et la piscine sont un havre de paix. La facilité pour se garer est appréciable. Si nous revenons dans la région, c'est sans nul doute ici.

Great place, would recommend

Great place! Amazing location in the center of this quite town. The room was spacious, very clean, lots of towels, had everything you need. The outdoor kitchen was lovely, free to use with all the essentials for breakfast, cooking etc. The host was amazing, very welcoming, gave us advice on where to go to eat, the beach to visit etc. The place is filled with many details every traveller needs, its amazing how the owners thought of everything.

It was a delightful holiday!

IstraSoley is a hidden gem in Bale. The location is perfect, if you want to go to the beach, but you also want to walk to town to grab dinner or a few drinks (try the bar called Kucica!). The room was very nice and clean. We loved the pool and the outdoor kitchen. The hosts are very nice and are always there if you have questions or if you need anything. They also provide a pass to the camping site nearby (the beach), which is great! We really enjoyed our stay at IstraSoley! :)

Tidiest place visited - and Bale is worth a visit.

Bale is as nice as any Mediterranean village, rustic with small jazz (!!) bars/caffès in narrow alleys. A very short walk from IstraSoley. A grocery store is also - literally speaking - one minute away. The place appear as new, with all necessary facilities - spotlessly clean. Great hosts - this is a place that people come back to. Kitchen with all you need - including coffee - herbs and garlic in the pool-side outdoor kitchen. Washing machine is also available. The beach - in a straight line down to the sea - is one of the nicest we visited on Istria. (By Vita and Luna Beach bar - 7,5 km away.)

There where a few mozzies - outside that is. Use repellent at sunset.

The accommodation was excellent, we had everything we needed. We especially would like to thank the owner of this place - Davor. His kindness and friendliness was remarkable and he was always willing to help in any way he could.The access to the Mon Perin beach was just great and welcome gifts so delicious! Thank you so much ☺️☺️☺️We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to rest in friendly and very quiet environment.

Lovely. Would 💯 recommend!

The rooms were very clean with everything you could want and more. The outside area really makes the property with a fantastic outdoor kitchen, fresh herbs available. The garden was beautifully lit with fairy lights in the evening and of course a great pool.

The host was extremely accommodating and prepared the room early for us so we could rest before the wedding we were attending in the area. We were welcomed on our arrival by the host and they showed us around the property. We were so amazed by how well equipped the outdoor kitchen was, and how friendly the host was! The bedroom had everything one needs for their holiday stay, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and will come again!

Amazing place, we’ll deserved rating- thanks Davor!

Davor is a superb host and his place is just amazing. We loved the pool, sun beds in the garden area, summer kitchen with grill and tables, spotless apartments and free parking at the property. Perfect location in the center of Bale, just few steps away from the restaurants and small shop. Sea side is few mins drive from the place and you get the card to enter Mon Perin for free. Overall hospitality, tips and recommendations from the host are the highlight here - thanks Davor for your help arranging the olive oil, giving instructions where to buy a local wine and where to go for a dinner! The overall rating of this place seems unreal, but don’t be suspicious - it’s an absolute 10. It’s been great and we’ll definitely be back!

A fantastic place. Everything is perfect. Just believe all the great reviews and stay there if you are in Istria. We travel a lot and wish all places were like this - perfect luxury at a great price with a relaxed and extremely welcoming atmosphere. Thanks for the most perfect stay.

Very friendly and genuine local host. He was happy to help with good advices for a wonderful stay. He designed the garden himself, clearly with the comfort of his guests in mind. One was always able to find some shade in the garden, and could thus enjoy the refreshments one could prepare in the outdoor kitchen. The AC in the room was very good and not noisy. The room was a one minute walk away from the village center of Bale.

Definitely to recommend, we would love to come again.

We stayed there for two nights, as we were guests at a wedding in Bale. We used the outdoor kitchen for breakfast, which was already equipped with a lot of things needed for breakfast (fruits, coffee, tea, cereal ...). The garden with outdoor kitchen and pool is such a nice area to spend time at. The rooms are also very well equipped, we booked one apartment incl. kitchen and one separate room. The rooms and toilets are big enough, modern and everything was very clean and well prepared (enough towels and mini size cosmetics). The host and staff of the apartments are very kind and every detail in and around the apartments is very well thought through. We can definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again anytime!

A perfect pool garden place for summer breeze chill with Pula and Rovinj just a short drive away.

The host is such a great person, he is there for everything you need. Facilities are perfect, parking included, a convenient store is right around the corner, there are extra toiletries if needed. The summer kitchen and the pool garden are perfect for summer breeze breakfast and chill.

We enjoyed Bale very much and IstraSoley are only a few steps away from the city centre of Bale!

Davor is a very cool host, with lots of local tips! The room interior is modern and nice, we actually had the room in ground floor which has a direct exit to the garden with pool and outdoor kitchen. The garden with outdoor kitchen is super useful for having a breakfast/lunch/dinner, because the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal and it has a great atmosphere to just enjoy your meal in the beautiful garden. You can also use and enjoy the fresh spices and herbs from the garden.

I don't know where to start. This place was just perfect. Davor is doing everything he can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The garden, swimming pool and outdoor kitchen are so great. Every detail you can imagine, is something that Davor thought of. This is definitely a place where you will get a chill and relaxed holiday. The room itself was extremely clean and very spacious. Everything was great, Superb room, every single feature that you can image is there. Host is very friendly and can answer any question and / or give a tips about Istria and attractions near by. Outside kitchen with all herbs is totally awesome idea, I enjoyed swimming pool as well. Totally recommend!

Absolutely amazing! Davor is a great host and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. He was super careful about all the covid-19 measures. The parking is also very convinient.

Exceeded our expectations in every way.

The quality, facilities and cleanliness of the apartments and outside pool and kitchen area were fantastic. Davor the owner couldnt be more helpful too. A small village that has it all plus easy access to everywhere else.

Recommendation, superb room

Room/apartment was really nice with a great equipment in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Location is peaceful and quiet, great for weekend getaway. Davor was very kind with a lot of tips for a great vacation.
