Perfect for a stop before the ferry and close to a lovely beach.

Although the lady didn’t speak any English we managed well with her online translator and had a bit of a laugh with it! Loved the individuality of the rooms. Would book a larger one in future. An excellent stopover for the ferry.

Wasn’t sure where to put my suitcase so kept it under the sink. Free parking in the street was great and easy as we arrived in the early afternoon. Not sure how close we would’ve got if we’d arrived later.

A decent hotel out of the centre.

The hotel was nearby the beach and parking was easy. The room was small for two people. There was no milk of you wanted a cup of tea during the day. Staff were excellent and helpful and took a real price in good service. The cops were used in day one on our room were not washed and replaced the next day when the room was made up. Breakfast was adequate and a good variety.

Excellent location for a weekend trip! The room and all other areas were spotlessly clean and really well presented with modern finishes. The breakfast selection was a well stocked continental style buffet with a selection of bread, meats, fruit, yoghurt, juices, cakes etc. The lounge area with a free coffee machine was a really nice touch! The bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and all the staff were great. An all round great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

the staff very kind.

you could hear anything from one room to another. And I do not recommend the room near the reception. Effectively you can't make any sound because the walls are very thin. I heard everything our neighbors said.

Nice & clean, the bed was comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Good location for the beach. Bars & restaurants nearby. Large supermarket at the bottom of the road. Lots of busses to take you into the town centre.

Lovely location and interiors, totally satisfied.

All as promised on booking. Close to ocean/beach. Modern and clean interior, very quiet outside and inside. Staff very polite. Everything on time, always. All works, nothing broken.

Staff at reception should be English speaking (at least partial, since it's a tourist facility). After a few days an English speaking person appeared though. It wasn't a big problem for me since I speak a bit of Spanish. Coffee and tea weren't too good. But the rest of breakfast wast totally fine.

it was a good size bedroom

we arrived a 19.00 to find reception closed and an envelope with my name on with a key and basic information. We had great difficulty in finding a parking space near the hotel. The breakfast was very minimal and not good value for the price.

Exceptional

Sweet indeed. This accommodation is very cozy and quiet. We had the room La Primera and it was just perfect. The matress is a delight. Cleaning service on point every single day. Maria has been super nice to us, offering us guidance. She is very customer oriented but in the most natural way. Highly appreciated service. If I would return to Santander, I would definitely do it also because of Suite Home. P.S. Breakfast was just fine, I also enjoyed the coffee.

There's really nothing to dislike.

Everything was impecable. I do recommend staying here. Parking is free in the street . Good breakfast, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with an excellent warm shower. There is a great small restaurant with delicious homemade food across the street, to the right,called SOLAZ.

Exceptional place!

This place just ticks all the boxes! The stuff is extremely nice, the room was spacious, clean and cozy, breakfast just perfect and location great. We enjoyed every single second of our stay and there wasn't a single thing missing - exceptional! We will definitely be back!

we will not be staying again having driven for 8 hours we were extremely tired but the noise kept us awake all night.

Fabulous, highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff very helpful with directions and also printed our passenger location forms.

A bit hard to find as a built up area and no parking on site although parked very near on the street.

Pleasant

This is a “simple” hotel, with very limited facilities. One person at the reception desk that goes home at 20:00 but leaves his phone number in case of need. Breakfast is OK limited to cold stuff but good variety. It has a toaster.

I mention as a suggestion the need to improve the very soft mattress but the attendant instead of accepting it as a suggestion, decided to talk about the so good mattresses they had.

A great place to stay

This is an excellent hotel. The quality of the whole place is very classy. On arrival we were given a very warm welcome. The room was large, spotlessly clean, bright and very comfortable. There is a hot drinks maker in the lounge area just outside of the room. The continental breakfast was top class with a great selection of cold meats, cheese, breads, pastries, fruit, juices and hot drinks. This is a cracking little hotel just a very short walk from some nice eating places and the beach.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like about this hotel!
