Localização, funcionários prestativos.

Quarto ao lado com muito barulho, banheiros sem toalhas, tivemos que solicitar, Café da manhã demorou até conseguirmos mesas.

Atendimento na recepção mínimo. Apenas recebem os documentos e entregam as chaves. Não dǎo informação alguma . Uma máquina com informações gravadas fariam o mesmo que os atendentes.

Básico que funciona. Quarto limpo, banheiro no padrão da rede. Cabe da manhã com opções sem glúten quando solicitado ao garçom. Vista panorâmica do último andar.

Necessitando alguns reparos no banheiro- pia fazendo, secador de cabelo muito fraco.

Da disponibilidade dos funcionários e a solidariedade em ajudar os hóspedes a resolver suas questões em meio à tragédia.

Não teve nada a ver com Hotel. Não gostei de estar hospedado em um período tão conturbado, em meio à maior tragédia na história da cidade.

Ótima localização, destaque maior para os funcionários, cem porcento competentes. As acomodações atendem bem às necessidades.

Funcional pero puede mejorar.

Buena ubicación para conocer el centro y la orla. Gentileza de los funcionarios. Aunque es funcional me parece que ya requiere una reforma. Desayuno aceptable aunque repetitivo para más de dos días. Hay opciones de alimentación cercanas (destaco pizzería Isquisito a una cuadra frente al hotel y una cervezeria en la esquina).

Mala calidad del aseo en habitación (bajo la cama estaba lleno de su polvo e incluso monedas). En el baño a pesar de hacer el aseo quedaban pelos en el piso de la ducha. Deben ser más cuidadosos. En el desayuno falta opción de te para quienes no toman café o mate. Las opciones calientes están a veces frías. Un día una madre salió a pasear a las 9 de la mañana con su hijo de dos años y fue asaltada por un bandido en la pequeña plaza que está al costado del hotel. La seguridad del hotel debería extenderse hasta esa proximidad. Los tres ascensores existentes se hacen poco con la cantidad de pisos (19) y habitaciones.

hotel muito bom porem não deixaram a gente tomar café reservei com café e quando cheguei não teve

Eu gostei da localização e do Hotel aconchegante silencioso e organizado

Reservei no Booking com café da manhã incluso na hora da hospedagem fui informada que não tinha direito ao café da manhã e na localizaçao do Hotel não tem padaria proxima muito ruim isso nem tomamos café muito chato isso

Quarto e banheiro com tamanhos adequados.

Geladeira do quarto barulhenta e sem possibilidade de desliga-la. Muita iluminação no quarto a noite (luzes da TV). Alguns quartos com odor desagradável. Café da manhã ruim, com espaço inadequado. Demora no atendimento (check in). Péssimo custo-benefício.

Avoid.. Better Hotels at Better Prices.

Good room.

No service lifts for hotel workers. In the morning lifts are occupied by staff working. Good luck with the lifts. Only 2 working. Internet very slow. I could not finished work. Breakfast was small variety, but good. Located in middle of nowhere. Hotel sign are hidden behind palms trees. Parking is at cost for the guest.. Rip off. Parking attendant wanted r80..i went back to reception to complain.. As suddenly it was reduced to r32 as I asked for a receipt... Don't get ripped off. Steve from Australia.

Uncomfortable and unpleasant.

The location and view.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The mattress was distorted and uncomfortable. The lifts as slow and didn’t all work at breakfast peak time. I had to sit on the corridor floor to wait for some good 10 minutes until o was able to enter a lift.

Good but could be better.

The room was quite spacious and clean. The cleaning team was gentle and very competent. Comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi and nice view. The hotel is pretty close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

I must confess I was a bit disappointed by the price which was a bit too high specially considering the hotel installations. Some of the receptionists were not friendly and didn’t really care to put in practice some basics from hospitality.
