IT IS A SCAM! It was a nightmare. Cockroaches welcomed us in the “room”. Toilet has a brown sign from previous client (or the owner). My wife was afraid to go to the so called “bathroom “ I can’t even name it as a hotel. Reviews from booking definitely fakes 8/10 !!!!!!! We escaped out from there as soon as it was possible. Around 100€ per night through booking it is a criminal offence. I even didn’t speak about it with the owner after I read his inappropriate answers on the google reviews and I even do not expect even a word from him on my review. Every response from him on the google is below human being. Stolen of our time and money. I won’t leave it like that it is a criminal offended what that guy is doing cheating people and stealing their money and time. You could get sick after spending a night in that so called “hotel” and watch out to not get back to your home with worms.

Not sure why it’s called a boutique hotel and would not recommend it.

The bathroom - water would not go down the sink, the shower curtains were disgusting, the toilet door did not close.

Unsafe - dirty and noisy - AVOID!

AVOID - AVOID at all costs.

AVOID - stay away from this property! The front desk manager didn't have appropriate behaviors. First mentioning that I was traveling alone, then I was pretty followed by wanting a Kiss. No Kidding... he actually repeated 3 times that he wanted a kiss and got up to stand behind the counter. Obviously, I declined and asked for my bedroom key. I asked if he could book a taxi and he replied he can...but I need to give 10.10.10. Then he explained that I needed to give him 10 stars comments on the rsvn platform. He makes me feel so unsafe. I slept with a chair in front of the door and double check the window doors. Last, don't get me started on the cleanliness, the shower curtain was dirty and moldy, the room smelled gross, and the walls between each room are made of paper... then you can hear a plane landing above your head (no isolation despite being near the airport).

Perfect Stay. Friendly and welcoming

Everything was perfect. We stayed for 2 nights. The Host was very friendly and welcoming. The Rooms are very clean and comfortable, especially the Bed. The breakfast was very good and tasty. There are so many Restaurants and Bars in the surrounding area. Also you just need a short walk to the Beach and the Sea. We would recommend this Hotel 👍 Marina und Tatjana

Very good location, couple minutes walk from nearest bus station, near is center, restaurants, shopping centers, airport is few kilometers from here. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is very good must try a pie! Also the cleaning servicr is amazing, every morning when whe leave after we back here we found our rooms very clean!

Very good

The Alkyonides Hotel is very close to the airport, so it was great for an early morning flight. The person in Reception scheduled a taxi for us the night before which was very punctual the next morning. The room was clean. Water was hot for showering. Room was not tiny. It was quiet overnight once the flights were done for the day at the airport. Our room had a balcony with furniture overlooking an interior courtyard. There were restaurants nearby. It was a good value and a decent airport hotel. I am pretty sure that the hotel offers breakfast for purchase, but I left too early for that resource to be used.

It was neither hot nor cold the night I stayed, so I did not need heat or AC. There were extra blankets available in the room, which I did not need. I do think there was an extra charge if one wanted to use heat or AC, but I'm not positive about that.

There is a charge for using air conditioning and throwing towels on the floor?!?!?? The room was full of mosquitoes and not very clean.

The location is perfect: 3 minutes walk from the sea, 3 minutes walk from the center. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were sparking clean.

Great!

Lovely and clean room in a lovely building, within walking distance from restaurants and shops. We contacted the host because afraid of missing the check-in slot, he replied promptly assuring us that there would be no problem accessing our room and left a sign for us :) We stayed only one night but would definitely recommend it. It is very close to the airport, so airplanes can be noisy when taking off or landing but definitely not a bother.

The gentleman was very polite but did meet us in his undergarments but that was OK cause it was late.

The room was not cleaned the bathroom was nothing but disgusting dirty water on the floor and it wasnt until we left my husband told me he gave the toilet a quick clean before I got in there! It was gross when I went in 😝. If this property was even €30 i would expect a clean toilet we paid €75 also it was awful when I had a shower and when i got out the towels were stained ! Could not wait to leave an i am happy to camp ! But cleanliness doesn't cost much when your charging! Sorry never again.

I don’t recommend

The Beach was very close! But this is the only thing!

Im not sorry to say that BUT our pillow cases weren’t changed. My Pillowcase smelt like mens aftershave and on my friends side it smelt like horse!!! So disgusting!!! The beds were not comfortable and the fridge was soooo dirty, didn’t felt great to put my water bottle inside. Also the Bathroom was dirty. Maybe there are more rooms with better beds or whatever….I wouldn’t recommend it.
