About this house rental

Beautiful 4bedroom house with brand new (2/2023) PRIVATE Pool and Spa, patio , BBQ area, kids area, 2 car garage, washer dryer , full kitchen, table for 8 in kitchen, 2 65’ smart TVs , one king bed , 3 queen . Perfect location 8min to Las Vegas Blvd , 8 min to new Raiders stadium , safe and calm neighborhood . You can use spa and pool 24/7 but Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am, respect neighbors!!
This is not party house, please no locals. (No baby showers, bday’s..)
House is prepared for 10ppl and that is maximum .
Close to shopping , restaurants and groceries stores
If you want have pool heated please let me know at least day in advance , fee for heating a pool is 100$ per day.

Property have 2 security cameras(one is for driveway front of the house and one is on a side of the house for pool equipment)

Great property for a girls trip to Vegas! Loved the private pool in the backyard when we needed a break from the strip! Definitely took approximately 20 minutes to get to the strip because of road construction but still worth it! We had an amazing time!

The property was exactly what we we’re hoping for. There were 9 of us total and we felt like we had everything we needed for our trip to Vegas. A grill, a good sized pool, and all of the small things that might’ve slipped our minds - pool towels, sunscreen, etc. The host was responsive and helpful with answering questions. Overall it was a great space.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The property is located near a shopping center, downtown Vegas and the Strip. We used Uber the whole time and found it very affordable. No stress driving. The house was clean and the host very reachable. Would definitely rent this place again.

Overall we had a good experience at this home - four full bedrooms and plenty of space to relax indoors and out. The pool and hot tub were especially fun and we spent lots of time in both. The house is located right in between the Strip and the Red Rock area which was nice since we could quickly get to both for various activities. The house was also very comfortable for our two pups and the property owner/manager was quick to respond to my requests. Our only constructive comments are that it lacked places to put things in the bedrooms (like a bureau or shelving) and hangers. We also had trouble with the hot water in the showers but we are not sure if it was user error or something else. Overall it was great - just a few things that could use some attention.

Stayed here with my family for a few days. We enjoyed not being on the strip, but still close enough to check out a few attractions. The house is in a nice neighborhood that had convenient shopping and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed family time swimming and was glad we opted to have the pool heated.

Hot tub and pool were great. Loved the tvs in the rooms. Plenty of space and nice new upgrades. Lacked a few kitchen needs like a baking sheet and measuring cups and spoons. Overall stay was great.

The house is a little dated and has a smell to it. Couple little dog poops under the bed rooms kind of smelled like dog pee. The master bedroom did not have a lock on it no privacy. Yes you have to pay to hit the pool and no it does not get warm. The Jacuzzi only got warm and never got hot as the homeowner said it would be 140° it was never over 97. Just a warm bath. Backyard is very small. The pictures make it look large.

We went for the charger raiders game. The house is like 15min away from stadium. The 4 bdrms was great for 7 of us and dog. It's cold out so didn't make use of pool, but the jacuzzi was awesome. The house has pretty much everything u need. Very clean and easy to check in.

We were in town for my mom's celebration of life. We had family from Oregon, Colorado, Arizona, and North Carolina. So it was the perfect set up to have the family all in one place. Having the garage to park in was an added bonus since we had so many vehicles. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi every day!! There are near by walking trails that we enjoyed too.

Pool is awesome. Hot tub is great. The patio and table area is wonderful. It was 112 so we needed that mister on the patio. House is beautiful and clean. Nice neighborhood. Easy drive to the strip. Groceries right down the road. We were able to get in a little early at no extra cost. Host is responsive and accommodating. Good experience.

The home had a nice air conditioner and garage. There was a nice laundry room. The kitchen and dinning area are spacious. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The pool area was well maintained. Owners were quick to respond to questions we had. Thank you for sharing your home.

Great backyard and the air is great! However, the house needs a better cleaning, more bath towels, and the kitchen ware was dirty. The coffee maker was disgusting! Luckily starbucks near by! Great communication with host👍🏼🌴

Had a great time here. The back yard is fantastic. We had an issue getting hot water in the master bathroom but the host was incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend.

It was an okay place, the pictures made it seem A LOT nicer. The pool was kinda of dirty and the back yard is a lot smaller than the pictures. Be aware you do have to pay for the pool to be heated. A few holes in the wall in the house. Not worth the price in my opinion and definitely not 8 minutes from the strip. Just don’t want anyone else to be disappointed booking this property like we were.

This was a great property for our family of 8 to stay at. We loved the ample open space, appliances, beds, and most of all, the swimming pool! The only complaint we had was a bit of a lack of cooking equipment (no baking sheets), but we got creative and made it work. We will definitely be booking this property again in the future.

We rented to celebrate my husband 50 th birthday . We have some friends for dinner no more than 10. And we got an email complaining about the amount of people that were in the house . I think it was ridiculous since everybody was an adult. There was no loud music or people screening . They all went home no later than 1030. Don’t get the complain. If people are going to rent there houses and charge 500 a night, should not be bitching about anything normal that happens. Unless is absolutely crazy partying I understand . So take your money and shut up .
