Moderne, saubere und neuwertige Unterkunft.

Die Sauberkeit und moderne Einrichtung. Das Restaurant nebenan ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich.

Die Straße an der die Unterkunft liegt ist tagsüber stark befahren.

We had an absolutely delightful time during our stay at the villa. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the the tranquil ambiance that enveloped the entire place. The villa itself was a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, providing us with a cozy haven to relax and unwind. The staff's warm hospitality and attentive service truly made us feel pampered. It was evident that they took great pride in ensuring that every aspect of our stay was exceptional. From their friendly greetings to their helpful recommendations, their dedication to ensuring a memorable experience was evident throughout.

While our stay was almost perfect, I must mention a minor setback involving the theft of our baby's toy by other guests. It was disheartening to encounter such behavior, but I believe that focusing on the incredible positives of our stay is more important. The incident did not overshadow the wonderful memories we created during our time at the villa.

Exceptional

Owners were very nice and kind people. They gave us 3 free pizzas at their pizza restaurant as a welcome gesture. The apartment was clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed. Washing machine, dishwasher, 2 air-conditioning (both in the living room and the bedroom). Swimming pool was always clean, kids enjoyed it a lot. Porec is also a lovely place, worth to visit.

Superb

Swimming pool is nice and clean, everything is near by, 5 minutes to Poreč center and shopping centre, down the hill and Borik beach in a minut. Apartment is nice and comfy, definitely good deal for the price.😀😀😀😀😎

Excellent stay with very helpfull owners.

The owners where super kind and really made a great effort to make our stay pleasant. The villa a such only has 6 rooms or so and the pool was basically rarely used by alll the rooms at the same time which made it almost like a private pool. The location is only 10 minutes by car to beaches or Porec village. Which makes it a good spot if you have a car. The pizza just next door was also good. The apartment itself was sparkling clean and had a very well thought out equipment, the owners had really made an effort in planning. After our 5 day stay we chosen to extend it with another 3. We were very happy with our stay. Our 9 year old daughter loved the pool.

There was only one thing we didn't like and that was the location close to one of the main roads to Porec which was a bit noisy at some times. Fortunatly the owners had installed good noise isolation. I.e when all the ewindows and bliners where used it was silent.
