Nur für eine Nacht ausreichend

Lage ist günstig, nur zehn Minuten vom Hbf, Bad in Ordnung

Zimmer riecht schimmlig, Bett knarrt laut, Heizung funktioniert nicht ( nur lauwarm), Wände sehr dünn, Schmutz unterm Bett, Zimmer im Keller

Akzeptabel und sauber, immerhin bezahlbare Einzelzimmer,

Empfang und Check in So abends sehr angenehm, freundlich, auch Infos bzgl. der Region und den Eindruck bei Fragen auch in den nächsten Tagen mit Fragen nicht abgewiesen zu werden. Sauberkeit gegeben, regelmäßiges Leeren des Mülls, Putzen der Spüle, Küchenboden und Naßzellen (auch wenn Gäste z.B. Spüle sauberer hinterlassen könnten, ihren eigenen Kram wegräumen könnten, auch das gespülte Geschirr könnte mit geringem zeitl. Verzug in die Schränke gestellt werden, damit der nächste Gast genug Platz zum werkeln/kochen hat). Sehr gutes Ablagesystem mit gekennzeichneten Boxen im Vorrats- und Kühlschrank sowie an den Nasszellen. Gute und ehrliche Beschreibung der Wohnsituation incl. der Schwachstellen bereits vor Bezug innerhalb der Zeit, in der noch kostenlos storniert werden kann. WLAN und TV im Zimmer gut (ich hatte das Zimmer im Keller gegenüber der Küche). Saubere Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, 2 Wasserkocher (die allerdings ev. öfters entkalkt werden sollten) und funktionierender Herd, sogar mit Backofen (den ich nicht ausprobiert habe) vorhanden. Insgesamt fair und sauber...... Für nur eine Nacht vermutlich wirklich gut....

......aber eben sehr hellhörig und hallend, was in dieser von außen sehr ruhigen Wohnlage wirklich bedauerlich ist....... Abhilfe, dass man zumindest das Klappern der Küchenschrankschubladen nicht sooo laut hört, ev. schalldämpfende Klebepunkte? Leider spricht das sonst wirklich freundliche (männliche) Personal. so wie auch einige Gäste recht laut. Oder ist das vielleicht doch nur die Akkustik in den ehemaligen Büroräume? Für Vesper/Brotzeit ist in der Küche alles da. Im Fall dass, wenn auch nur eifach gekocht werden soll, wäre ein Sieb zum Salat waschen oder Nudelwasser abschütten, ein Koch- und Schöpflöffel schon sinnvoll (dann gäbe es in der Spüle ev. weniger kalte matschige Spaghettis?)

Didn't know I had my own room, was a great surprise to have privacy

Room to myself, and the garden area was very cute and alive

did not sleep at night

noisy group of people rented half of the rooms and made noise at night. they did not consider they were not alone in the hotel. Even after telling them twice to shut up at 1 am and 2 am. As there is nobody from the hotel at night, it was a problem

A very pleasant stay in Regensburg

A well run accommodation which had everything I needed

Not a problem for me, but it is a good 20+ minute walk to the Old town.

There wasn't even breakfast, the hotel didn't offer anything, you just had to buy it yourself and wash the dishes.

Almost everything was bad, they charge you lot of money for every single crap, you pay like 197 euros to stay for 3 days and they still charge you for washing your damn clothes and everything, which should be already included in the payment. And when you check out is over, they don't even let you stay outside your room, they basically kick you. Nearly everything was bad. Trash hotel

You get a mail in advance what to expect. I found that really nice because this accommodation is a little different then most others. It is not designed for comfort rather than for being practical and therefore relatively cheap. The bathrooms were the only things that exceeded my expectations. There are a few separate ones each with its own shower, toilet and sink so it almost feels like you have your own bathroom instead of a shared one

The doors could be quieter. No matter how much you try you simply cannot close them quietly.

close to the university, perfect for those who just need a place to sleep, it is possible to prepare some food in the kitchen. Clean and heated bathrooms.

Good location in a quiet neighbourhood. Ok for one night.

The place is dusty all over, hair in the shower. The kitchen is dirty, you definitely don't want to touch the dishes and glasses that are available for the guests because they are not clean. Unpleasant smell downstairs. The heating was broken and I was offered to take a heater to warm up my room but couldn't keep it for a long time since it's shared between all rooms. But this was not a problem, the room was warm enough.

Since we did not even had a chance to stay, we can just say owner only minds money not guests.

The price on booking com seemed really nice, but it was a hidden surprice not clearly displayed.

In the official office hours, i.e. 8 pm it was not possible to get the host on the phone, it was the recording machine on all the time. He was however hearing what we were saying as he had sent us the answer by e-mail. We had an issue with comming late close to 11 pm. The rules of the house were to agree this upfront and by 11 pm it should had been possible with an extra charge which we were ready to pay. No life answer just e mail that today the closing time was 9 pm. Fullstop. The attitude of the owner is not nice. We would never recommend this place to anyone plus the price is set marketingwise - it looks very very convinient but constant extracharges and uncertainty plus no money back for cancelation...

Nothing.

Some rooms are undergrounds and air have moisture, there is a specific smel due to this, is not healty for people with astm... No lamps, no cleaning for hands, no TV. Photos looks better than reality.

Good

The host was polite. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but the shower needs some renovations (or cleaning with chemicals - bleach).

We booked last minute... noticed that bathroom facilities were shared but did not know that meant 2 toilets and 2 showers for 5 or 6 rooms altogether. Would not expect it in 2021 in Germany.
