hospedar-se em WakeUp Famalicão é estar num lugar seguro e confortável com tudo o que necessita.

A localização é excelente. Próximo de tudo o que é preciso. O quarto é bastante funcional e eficiente. Estava tudo bem preparado para a nossa chegada.

Como não demos autorização para a limpeza do quarto durante nossa estadia, no último dia já nos faltava papel higiênico. Poderia ter mais materiais de consumo durante nossa estadia.

Atenção pelo cliente

Da localização.

Quarto gelado nao tiveram o cuidado de ligar A.C. (e foi neste mês ) quando sabiam a hora que chegavamos , liguei para o número telemóvel, atendeu uma senhora mandou tirar foto ao comando do A.C. enviei rapidamente, esperei sem resposta imediata mas respondeu já tinhamos saído do quarto . O chá só para uma pessoa ( eramos casal) pedi por mensagem a senhora disse que ia avisar cheguei ao quarto a noite nao tinha nenhum ,noutro dia de manhã encontrei uma senhora que ia limpar pedi a reposição do chá e só um novamente....escadas para subir com malas ,incómodo. Ficamos tristes, por nao terem o cuidados com o cliente. Quando retiram o valor do cartão 1 semana antes .Tudo parecia bonito... Até chegarmos uma noite a casa estar a chover no Hall dos quartos (aonde encontramos cogumelos). O alojamento está bonito é recente mas sem o cuidado com o cliente e o espaço. A tampa da sanita também saía.

Satisfatória para o tempo de estadia

O quarto em si com open space parece acolhedor, o quarto tem um boa decoração e é moderno

o facto de não haver forno foi uma limitação para a nossa alimentação, a mesa de refeição era pequena para 3 pessoas. O chuveiro não fechava por completo e tinha buracos.

There response is worst they made me to wait and not even responded for mail I immediately changed the room which they responded and gave good hospitality

Pleasant

I liked that the location was close to downtown so I could enjoy the Christmas festivities daily with ease

Our single use shower gel bottle was not replaced a single time during our stay of over 13 days but that was not a big deal.

L’entretien n’est pas fait l’eau rentre dans les commun Une fenêtre de la chambre ferreirinha ne se ferme pas le froid rentre L’escalier dans l’appartement est dangereux il n’a pas de protection Il n’y a pas assez d’éclairage dans le rdc de l’appartement

Muito dececionante!!!

Limpo, boa decoração, bem localizado.

Quarto (Ferreirinha) dividido em 2 andares. Escada muito perigosa pois só tinha corrimão de um lado. Colchão da cama de baixo muitíssimo desconfortável que causou muitas dores e afundava no centro. Para poder descansar foi quase impossível dormir em condições. Não há um ponto de luz/candeeiro junto dessa cama. Casa de banho somente no piso de cima e não tem qualquer sítio para pendurar as toalhas e roupa. Não havia sofá. Muito desagradado com o alojamento!!!

Great location, good value to the money

Great location, several shops and restaurants in walking distance, central location to visit nearby towns (Braga, Guimarães, Porto, etc), great value for the money.

The only negative point is that on the apartment you can hear all noises from the street, if you have a light sleep might be a problem, it's not my case, so luckily wasn't really problem to me.

Good location, not very kids friendly

The location is very central and the apartment has good facilities - full kitchen, good wi-fi so you can either choose to stay in or explore the city

This is not a child or disable person-friendly place. You are greeted with 2 flights of stairs, no lift, making it very hard to go up the stairs with heavy luggage, small kids and 1 pram. Plus, there is little if not none handrails for safety. Even inside the apartment, there are so many small steps and stairs tgat makes it hard for someone less able to move around comfortably.

Quiet location

Loud noises from the room on top of ours. Owner knew about it. Brought our complains to him, but he was on thier side as he tried to say the nioses came from somwhere else. Well we were in our room and all we heard stabbing of feet and shouting. Thanks

Easy to check in late at night. Clean bedroom. Interesting concept that respects and promote the Portuguese culture. Complementary gifts.

The sound insulation in the bedroom could be better. Didn't interact or saw any person, check in process done online.

Central location, very comfortable beds, daily room service, spacious studio, well equipped, automatic check-in system, welcome drink :) (small bottle of portugese wine)

It was not possible to lock the door room from the inside (Amalia room), I would appreciate this possibility just for better safety feelings ;)

Good Apartment

The place was modern. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Lovely café just around the corner and close to the town centre. It was very convenient for the trip my friend and I had in mind. The keycode entry was good as we never had to worry about keys.

Better communications... I had to chase and check about taxi bookings and got confused as not enough details were given regarding storing baggage for the day of check out.

Breakfast was not included. Bathroom shower leaked water outside all the time. Not enough toilet paper given daily. The keypad for the doors sometimes glitched for several minutes and we had to wait to put the code in.

Love the location. Extremely central. It is a cosy place and very clean. Very trendy too.

At the end of the day it did get very hot upstairs. The mattresses could be a little less firm
