o tamanho do apartamento, a vista, a localização

achei a cama um pouco dura, o pequeno almoço não tinha muitas opções mais saudáveis. para quem procura sossego pode não ser o ideal, tem animação muito efusiva tanto durante o dia como à noite.

Enjoyed the hotel for a short stay

Clean accommodation & very spacious room, large balcony too & not overlooked. Great aircon & kitchen/bathroom. There was a small square within a few minutes walk with some nice restaurants We had breakfast & there was lots of variety to choose from

Pool was very busy although we did manage to get a sun bed. It was cramped and there were too many people in the pool to use it. It was all inclusive so lots of larger families staying We were only booked for 2 nights so it wasn't an issue.

Muito boa.

Existe a possibilidade de fazer tudo incluido no hotel por 45euros/dia/pessoa. Como não sabia, escolhi só pequeno-almoço, que era excelente e com muita variedade. A piscina era top, mas em dias com muitos visitantes não tem espreguiçadeiras suficientes. A animação é top! O bar da piscina está disponível para tudo incluído (os preços são altos para quem não tem). O apartamento é top! Boa cozinha, boas camas e wc's espaçosos. Em 2 noites não fizeram limpeza. Os funcionários são super simpáticos. A praia é pertinho.

Apesar de serem simpáticos, havia um pouco confusão entre os funcionários, que não eram portugueses, um dizia uma coisa e outro outra. Nem sempre percebiam o que perguntavamos. A cozinha não tinha microondas, falha grave hoje em dia....

A good place to train but falls short of a luxury resort

Nice choice at breakfast. Clean hotel. Good size of apartment. Things to do around the site if you like fitness especially the athletics track and cross country course.

The gym is a modern building but the equipment inside seems very out of date. The beds are not the most comfortable. As with most outdoor pools in low season the water is very cold. You're unlikely to want to swim. The price of the Victoria varies. It dropped quite a bit within a few days of booking.

another good week in Portugal

the track, food always available as a athlete this is a bonus, rooms clean. staff friendly

one thing I noticed was the manager walked around a lot but didn’t speak to any holiday makers think it would be a nice touch even if he said morning. During our stay ASICS had a group of influencers staying during the evenings they had part of the dinning area sectioned off which caused issues as they didn’t even sit at the tables reserved. a lot of families struggle to be seated. This then caused issues for staff within the restaurant causing it become chaotic, for me this is a manager issue. one night it was sectioned off and they went out for a meal without telling restaurant staff. the above is the only thing that caused me a issue. entertainment staff hard working and help make the stay.

Cudowne 8 dni ☺️

Everything was perfect , we were very happy there with my familly. People working there were amazing and very helpfull. Small pool for our son was really good , we felt safe there with our 2 year old son. There were wonderful animators and kids club ☺️ Highly recommended.

Entertained, relaxed and refreshed

Entertainment and throughout the day was fantastic for both kids and adults, we found that when we left the resort our kids just wanted to get back as soon as possible because they didn’t want to miss out on anything. Special mention to David and Jessica! Staff were great- I got bitten by an insect and they went out of their way to ensure I was okay and they couldn’t have done enough. Cleanliness was great- rooms cleaned every morning.

We went all inclusive for the first time- whilst the breakfast was nice the lunch and dinner was repetitive. However, now we know the area there are lots of lovely alternatives should you get bored of the fox the resort has to offer.

One of best family holidays I was ever on because of the experience at the hotel

Good place for family

More or less everything was on a decent level except the points above.

Please consider to replace coffee and juice machines that used in the restaurant. They quite often broken, don't have all ingredients available like milk and what is most important the quality of beverages they produce is far below any meaningful expectations for such nice place in general.

Great place but major football pitch flaw

The food and the staff were very good.

We booked this place in order to use the football pitch which in the pictures looks great. Unfortunately both goals had a massive patch right in the middle of the goal. It was too deep to be able to play and it turned into a puddle for two days when it rained. It could have been fixed very easily with a couple wheelbarrows of soil and sand. We reported it every day hoping that the maintenance people that worked daily on the pitch could fix it. But it wasn't fixed at all. Thus our football holiday wasn't to be.

Nice and relaxing stay

We stayed there for one week with our little one. There is plenty of kids facilities , breakfast was amazing , all the staffs were very friendly especially Hannah in the reception. The place was 10 min walk to the beach and few shops and restaurans were around.

Don't get taxi from airport they will rob you. Use hotel transfer or book through Uber or other app.

Pleasant and Comfortable

Great location on the edge of town amongst the pines. Large clean room with comfortable beds.

I asked for a Seven UP drink from the pool bar .Tasted like just plain sofa water for 2.50 Euro. I brought this to the attention of the barman who said that the hotel made up the drink differently and it was Seven UP. He gave me another which still tasted like sofa water .The house white wine is of a very poor quality and I would expect more from a 4 star hotel. .
