Good Location and Value for money

The room was extra large and had a good layout. The breakfast options were great and the decor was a pleasant surprise and welcomed treat.

The room did not have elevator access to get luggage up the stairs.

Awesome hotel!

We booked the suite and were amazed at how big it was. Super comfortable bed and huge bathroom too Very close to the tram system too-only 5 minutes walk. Excellent breakfast buffet every morning was delicious and convenient.

A comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast within a 15-20 minutes tram ride to central

*Breakfast was exceptional. It was a pleasant surprise. It offered hot dishes (different eggs dishes, bacons, pancakes), different cereals, breads, pastries, cakes, donuts, cucumbers, tomatoes, cold cuts, and cheeses. Teas/coffees, juices were pleniful. The breakfast glass enclosed atrium was spacious, bright, not crowded and well kept. *The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. *The room has a safe, desk, coffee/tea kettle, a large closet and slippers. *There was a designated, locked luggage storage area underneath the stairs. *Staff was welcoming.

The lobby was a bit strange with assorted sofas, and chairs, all in different colors. The lobby decor did not project a 'boutique', upscale taste. It did not match the tasteful decor in the breakfast room.

Excelente hotel! Muito charmoso e, apesar de não ser na área mais central, tem fácil acesso para todos os locais.

Quarto ótimo! Boa cama e sofá cama. Prédio charmoso, excelente café da manhã! Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Minha filha amou os leões na porta de entrada.

Meu quarto era em 2 andares, não percebi ao fazer a reserva, o que não era muito prático com criança.

Very friendly and helpful staff, exceptional. The room was spotless and the common areas also very well looked after. Breakfast was quite good too.

Very little provided in the room. No milk to add to tea for example or water bottle. The gym we had access to was the absolute minimum you could call a gym.

Very good

The pillows are amazing and bed is very comfy, the size of the room for 4 people was great. I loved the balcony feature. The location was great and breakfast really nice

The lighting is very poor especially when trying to do my makeup. There is only one mirror in the room so it make it hard when everyone is getting ready. There should be a mirror in front of the table so you can sit and do make up

Balcony! Great Breakfast! Big Room. Friendly Staff. Bike Rental - a must.

Twin bed was soft for me, but that’s personal preference. A couch would make the room more comfy. The dance studio below was loud at time during the day and evening - it was not a big deal for us, but could be a dealbreaker for others.

Great value! Excellent hotel.

The room is big, bright, comfortable with an excellent bathroom and shower. It is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, two blocks from the tram. But everything in Amsterdam is walking distance. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was excellent.

The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast area so pleasant to start the day. Friendly staff.

Comfortable bed, very very important. Good bathroom, except main shower head needs descaling or replacing. Tea/coffee facilities good - except no proper milk for tea! Our friends struggled to regulate their air con, but we didn't ask for help with this.

Better assortment of teas and coffee with a dairy milk option.

Fantastic staff and breakfast. Location is good once you get the hang of the trams.

It would be good to have a restaurant and bar on site, that is my only gripe, although there were a few around, I found the best bars and restaurants were in the centre. We arrived late so would have been lovely to have the opportunity to have a quiet one in the hotel.

Superb

The hotel is an old renewed building with a lot of colourful furniture. It is in a good location to walk around canals, through Jordaan to the centre or to Vondel park. We liked broad breakfast options.

The door to bathroom/toilet wasnt able to get closed so you hear everything from there.

Beautiful church transformed into a fabulous chic hotel

The hotel was very unique, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Rooms were clean, and all the small touches made it even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a great selection and was always freshly prepared.

One of my best stays in Europe given the budget and location.

Location is perfect, literally 17-21mins to reach the center of Amsterdam by tram. I am quite picky about room size, washroom and maintenance- this hotel qualifies everything. Quite surprising to get such good property at that budget. Staff is very friendly.
