Great location , but needs improvements in the room, not too bad for 2 days

Location 10/10 - 1 min walk from Varakala cliff Room 6/10 : basic room with not very hotel like beds but not bad either. It was okayish. Staff : 10/10 very cordial, friendly. 100/10 for blacky, the dog they have on the property 🥹 There is no TV, the charging ports aren't near the bed, toilet clogs every time you flush. Had a good stay overall. But kinda expensive if it's not for the location, I wouldn't pay 3K a night to stay here

Toilet was clogging Shower doesn't have hot water, you have to use the bucket Bed and the furniture is not very good.

Outerside look of house is looking like very luxery, but room was like very old constructed.. Bathroom size is like very very small and old look.. Due to uncovered ventilation many insects like lizard and cockroch come.. Owner nature is good and location is also very close to cliff..

Decent place if you have no other place to stay .

It wasn’t very clean.. the fridge , the house, utensils weren’t very clean . When we poured hot coffee into a glass it just broke into two cos it was poorly maintained

The RITAS accommodation is in a great location. In 2 minutes you can walk to the centre at the North Cliff with all the cafés, restaurants and shops. The accommodation is surrounded by greenery and pleasantly quiet. Our room was simple but spacious and clean. The beds were good but rather on the hard side. The staff friendly.

Rita provides lovely hospitality at her homestay with large rooms with comfortable beds....

Terrific budget option with an especially large airy room full of natural light....and close to restaurants and shopping....perfect place for a modest budget....

As it had a low price point, many students away on holiday occupied the other rooms so it was not quiet on weekends.

Cool price and perfect location. Close to heliport and beach - also to restaurants. Quiet place, clean rooms, free drink water. Simply amazing.

didn't like anything except the location. Bed was very uncomfortable, mattress was sliding off the bed. Lizard was there in the room. I won't suggest anyone to stay at that property.

Nice but basic hotel in great location

The building is amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room had a really nice little balcony.

The facilities need work. The fan is noisy, there is very little furniture including things like a bedside table and light, and the shower does not run hot water (although the tap in the bathroom does and so bucket showers are possible). Some small improvements would turn this place from good to great.
