Congletons hidden gem

The apartment called the Hayloft was beautifully decorated, clean & very comfortable. The surroundings were beautiful . The landlady was extremely welcoming & very helpful . Lots of extras such as tea, coffee, sugar, condiments etc. all complimentary . Bed was very comfortable . Really enjoyed our stay

The Saddlery is in a beautiful setting, very peaceful and fantastic walks on the doorstep. The accommodation was very clean and spacious. Everything you need for a very enjoyable stay.

Very pleasant surroundings. Most accommodating hostess. comfortable beds and furniture. very well presented.

Beautiful setting and stunning views. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and appliances.

unfortunately the only bathroom was on the ground floor with accommodation on the first floor. we found the stairs quite steep and slippery. I have a knee problem but others using the stairs did not but still found them a little “tricky”.

A perfect stay for a couple or group of friends. Amazing surroundings.

Everything. The peaceful surroundings and the owner was very helpful. We stayed for a wedding nearby and would return any time.

Fantastic - everybody should experience ‘The Hayloft’

The Hayloft is a delightful property in beautiful surroundings with a chic boutique feel. Spacious, modern & spotless. The property offers so much more than a hotel. Well positioned (only a couple of miles into Congleton for supermarkets etc), with a modern kitchen, Netflix, secure parking and the opportunity to enjoy beautiful country views. Stacey is a great host - welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and available, if required. I am so pleased that I had the opportunity to experience and enjoy The Hayloft. If you are looking for top quality accommodation in beautiful surroundings then I would recommend checking out The Hayloft.

VERY ENJOYABLE, HAD EVERYTHING WE WANTED AND IS IN A LOVELY SPOT.

STACEY WAS LOVELY AND THE PREMISES EXCELLENT, IT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. WE LOVED THE STAY AND WILL GO BACK.

MY ONLY GRIPE WAS THAT THE HEAT WAS NOT ON WHEN WE ARRIVED AND WE COULD NOT CONTROL IT. IT WENT OFF AT 22.30 AND THE PLACE GOT COLD. WHICH WAS A SHAME.

We had a lovely stay, the Saddlery is so cosy and a lovely place for some time away. Stacey was extremely helpful and we would love to stay again.

Secluded yet 5 mins from town

The openess of it all, the comfort and the security and parking. Host gave us privacy but there when needed, very pleasant lady.

Having to go downstairs in night to toilet but we knew that prior to stay and minor dislike. It's an old barn conversion at end of day and best layout possible.

Warm and friendly welcome. Very private. Really good facilities. Good location for walks. Short drive to really nice pubs for food.

No major negatives really. Bed slightly hard for us but appreciate this is down to personal preference.

Relaxing short break

Beautiful setting up a quiet lane and behind electrically operated gates . Gorgeous views of the duck pond and resident horse in its paddock from the lounge windows.The whole apartment had a great mix of rustic and modern charm . Comfortable bed and quality linen aided a great night sleep . Clean and comfortable lounge and kitchen area .Host was very friendly and welcoming . If we could we would have stayed longer a lovely weekend break highly recommended

Not a problem for us the bathroom is downstairs which some folk may find difficult with limited mobility . Could only find one drinks mat and table mat for putting drinks down in lounge or bedroom .Fridge door opens over the kitchen worktop so need to be careful if placing items in that area to avoid spills

We went on a family trip there and the property and the host were amazing ,, loved the place sooo much , would recommend it and we have even decided to go there in every two months as it was really refreshing and relaxing . Thanks Stacey for your time and you are really a lovely host ..

Imaginative barn conversion

It’s location was good for us as we were visiting family in Congleton. Very quiet and peaceful.

The fact that the bathroom was downstairs, but we knew this when we booked.

Superb

Comfortable place to stay, I'd definitely return and recommend. Very well equipped kitchen. Peaceful, slept very well.

Everything was great and I'd return. A few observations for improvements: Shower cubicle is on the small side, but a good shower nonetheless. Could do with a light above the mirror for shaving, elsewhere it's really well lit. The kitchen tap drips which is annoying and needs a repair.
