Zimmer ok, Bett ok, Frühstück im 11. Stock war super

Zimmer in der 4.Etage; Wir haben über Booking gebucht und sollten einen stolzen Preis zahlen. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass wir für diesen Preis in den oberen Etagen einlogiert werden. Leider war dem nicht so. Ärgerlich, wir haben dies auch zum Ausdruck gebracht. Man ist uns dann mit dem Zimmerpreis entgegen gekommen was uns versöhnlich gestimmt hat.

Due giorni al Lago di Costanza

Hotel molto ospitale, moderno e con vista lago. Camere silenziose e pulite con tutto il necessario. La scelta di dolci è scarsa ma la presenza di vari tipi di pane, marmellate, miele, creme spalmabili, salumi, uova, caffè e cappuccino, succhi, cereali e yogurt ecc. compensano la mancanza di qualche torta.

Es war nett für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab ein paar gute nachhaltige Extras - wie z.B. der Wasserhahn mit einem Schalter... Das Einchecken war total unkompliziert. Sehr feines und frisches Frühstück. Nettes Personal. :-)

Teuer bezahlter schöner Ausblick

Die Aussicht, das Konzept. Die Erreichbarkeit von Altstadt, Hafen und Öffis.

Frühstück war nicht aus regionalen Produkten, passt nicht zum Konzept. Der Geruch von den Raumdüften überall. Die Sauberkeit im Haus sowie der Pflegezustand. Eckschienen sind schon wieder sichtbar, staubig, Wände sollten dringend gestrichen werden.

Kein richtig warmes Wasser, nur lauwarm. Toilettenspülung defekt. Möbeloberflächen ungeeignet für Hotel - man sieht jeden Fingerabdruck. Handtücher abgenutzt. Hässliche Aufkleber im Zimmer.

sehrt gut, aber auch teuer

Der Frühstücksraum im 11. Stock ist mit der Aussicht einzigartig. Unser Zimmer im 10. Stock natürlich auch. Das Zimmer ist super eingerichtet, viel Platz, gutes Bett.

Hat manchmal Möbel mit scharfen Kanten (Lavabo bei Dusche, Bett, Lavabo im WC).

Interesting but with a complete lack of charm. The staff was helpful and kind.

The view of course was great if you have a room towards the top, even though the immediate surroundings were views of the rooftops of industrial building. The breakfast was fair.

The shower was awkward and cold since it had no enclosed door. I realize it's a former city water tower but the esthetics inside are cold, angular and grey. It had the look and feel of a high-end prison.

Unique fun experience with all the usual comforts

Comfortable bed. Great view. Quirky style, great breakfast, nice staff.

If you need the destination Tesla charger, you need to arrive before 18h!

it’s an exotic set-up in a small tower.

the tower is not suitable as a hotel. car parking and handling of luggage is a challenge. staff was not flexible and strict procedures make it a tough choice…

Great design hotel for adults

The room had a very unique design and we really liked it. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was great for us since we wanted to be close to the Bodensee. Breakfast was small but had everything we needed. (No overeating because of too many choices ;-) )

With kids ok the other hand (4y & 9m) it was too open especially the open shower and the fact that there was no door to the bathroom gave us a hard time. Keeping the small one out and the water in the shower was kind of impossible…

unique and awesome location

it is a unique location. we had a room in the 9th floor. the shower was awesome. while showering you can take a view above the city and the lake. awesome location!

Does not worth to pay more than 100 euro per night!

I loved the team the most, altough the hotel is indeed understaffed, however those who work do their best to help you. The breakast also was nice and the location, was very close to very center of the city and to the outlet mall.

It feels like the architect of this building was a 15 year old kid who played too much Minecraft. The building consists of two parts, the entrance(staircase and the elevator) and the living part. In case if there is a fire on the first floor of the entrance, there is no way to escape from the building. The room we stayed had a strange layout, the lighting was disaster, you literally need a flashlight if you decided to have a shower at night. There are too many switches inside, feels like you are in a spaceship and if you are not a pilot, you have to figure out everything by yourself, as the only person working in the hotel is busy and at night there is no one to assist you, or give you a bottle of water. It definitely does not worth for 200euros per night. I was wondering all the time, how the owners agreed to finance this project?
