Excellent property.

Very nice location close to the center. In addition it was quiet and soundproof inside. The apartment was new, modern and spacious. Two bedrooms and a living room, each with air conditioning and a terrace. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely clean and well maintained. There is a great barbecue and garden. Easy accessible parking, just in front of the hotel. The host Thomas is a very kind, helpful and understanding person. His wife had prepared a cake for welcoming us, which was very kind jester. We had a problem with the car and I am extremely grateful for the help and assistance. He helped us with the luggage and communication with the service.

Absolutely perfect! Quiet Location, parking place, walking distance to the downtown & shops. Very clean room, noce welcome package. You have everything you need there. They also have window blinds that can make complete dark in the room which was amazing in order to sleep longer in the mornings. And the owners are amazing people. I fully recommend!!!!

Perfect location..great owners🩵

Great location, very clean, comfortable..I was impressed. When we arrived we had in our rooms a homemade cake, beer, juice. It was my sister’s birthday and I asked them for a bakery before we arrived and when she arrived she found a gift from them in the room. They were cleaning the rooms daily. Close to the beach…with rocks. The sand beach is 1,3 km away. It is very close to the center,close to supermarkests and tavernas ( less than 5 min walking). If I will be again in Vasiliki for sure this will be my choice. Thank you for making our vacation perfect.

Perfect stay

We had a great time here and we will surely come back! The apartment looked better than in the photos and the cleaning lady came everyday in order to clean the place which was very much appreciated. We had 2 balconies which was a plus and the view was really nice. We also had a good sleep due to the quiet area. The owner was very nice to us, always smiling and being kind. The accommodation is very close to the port so there are many restaurants that you can walk to. There are also coffee places, small shops and bakeries at a 5 min walk.

everything you need for a nice vacation with family

It is a perfect place to stay with the family. All the utility are new and working perfectly, you didn't need anything. A nice lady step by everyday and clean the apartment. The bed it's very comfy.

May be there is something I didn't like it but definitely there is more to like it.

Only thing and fairly minor was that apartment had no real good view as partially built house is across from balcony. Otherwise all perfect.

Superb

Close to the centre, easy parking, good communication with the owner. Pretty close to the best beaches.

We only stayed 2 nights. Lefkada is such a nice island.

The apartment we stayed in was really wonderful - large rooms, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed daily. Extremely clean and tidy place to stay. The owner is very kind and responsive. On arrival we were greeted with a homemade chocolate cake - an extremely kind gesture. The location of the apartments is wonderful - very close to the port, but still quiet and peaceful. I recommend Kavadias apartments to everyone who wants to enjoy the wonderful Lefkada!

Second time in Vasiliki

Our second time here because it is very close to the port of Vasiliki with many restaurants and a very good base for exploring Lefkada beaches. We had everything we needed in the apartment, parking is big and free. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Superb

location was central and ideal for what we needed for the few days we were there

Good location and great value for money. It is very clean and the owner is really friendly. The room has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Special thanks to the lady that cleaned our room daily, very attentive to detail and always left the room spotlessly clean!

Lovely

The apartment was cozy, well equiped, very comfortable. It is in a quit area, very close to the centre of Vasiliki and to the beach, you can go easily to the other beaches (by car). The owner is very friendly, helpful. We had a pleasent surprise made by the owner - a pie and cold juise and water. The apartament was cleaned every day, the girls from the cleaning were amasing and talented. It was a very lovely stay

Surprising

The apartment was very cosy and clean. It was like just we arrived at home. The kitchen is very well equipped, they have a nice terrace, the living room is spacious it contains a big wardrobe. The location is 5 minutes away from the restaurants and shops.The hosts are very nice and helpful persons and very client oriented. Their vision to reinvest a part of the profit in order to continuously improve the quality of their services impressed me so much that i would not hesitate to recommend them.

In my opinion, they could have had a toaster instead of a sandwich maker but it depends on each preferences.
