Das Hotel und das Zimmer machten einen geflegten Eindruck. Das Zimmer groß und sauber. Leider kann man das nicht vom Balkon sagen. Von Vogelkot verschmutzt, abgehangen mit einem Netz, das weder dicht noch schön ist. Will man sich auf den Balkon setzen, wird man von 3 Waermetauschern /ac angeblasen. Eine Fehlkonstruktion. Das Frühstück war zwar schmal, aber mit Liebe zubereitet.

I can recommend the place for anyone who does not mind the missing elevator!

Good restaurants very near. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleanliness good, maintenance good. Breakfast basic with room for improvement, but sufficient for a start of the day...

We were not aware that there is no elevator until we arrived. This should be clearly mentioned in the description as people like us in their 70-80s may have problems climbing 3 floors on the stairs carrying their baggage. No real problem for us but we might have chosen a different Hotel if we had known.

Gut für eine Nacht

Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war nicht übermässig gross aber ausreichend und sauber. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel.

Die Lage ist mitten im Zentrum und bietet nicht viel. Vor allem fast keine Auswahl an Restaurant. Es ist aber ok als Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg zur Andamanensee.

Very enjoyable stay, and quite impressed overall

The hotel is easy to reach by car, adequate free parking available near the premises. The rooms were well maintained, very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with multiple electrical sockets, and hangers. Wifi worked perfectly well, they have a nice area/Cafe for breakfast and snacks, along with a big and modern expresso machine. The breakfast menu contained quite a few different dishes (all included in the room price) and the price was very competitive considering the standard of this small hotel Staff are very friendly, can communicate well in English and are very helpful The place is very clean. The only area for improvement, especially if guests have luggage is that there is no elevator to go up to the rooms.

Superb

Adorable staff. We have been allowed to park our big bike in front of the hotel during our stay in Koh Phayam (5days) for free. Very good breakfast. We have been upgraded in a beautiful and wide room.

Location is ideal to visit the day markets. Place is spotless clean and breakfast was included although the booking didn't say so. They were serving an excellent green osmanthus tea for breakfast.

My room had no window (there was a window behind the bed, but that looked straight onto a wall just a meter away) which was horrible, no view, no fresh air. Should be clearly stated in the description. I strongly recommend to book one of the more expensive rooms with balconies to the front.

perfectly fine, comfortable, would stay again if waiting for a boat or a short overnight stay over between places

only stayed a night as was catching a boat in the morning. but was clean, with a big, nice bathroom fridge and kettle and huge bed. also air conditioning and hot water. it was quiet to sleep at night as well, even though it was a central location.

breakfast could have been a little better.

Superb

A real gem in the heart of the city. Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was centrally located, yet also quiet. Reception staff were very friendly and I asked for an early breakfast which they were happy to prepare (and was superb). Highly recommended.

There is no lift so if you have heavy bags it could be a bit of struggle getting to the higher floors.

Comfy stay

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. There is no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staff were very pleasant and polite. There are food options nearby.

The breakfast was not the best although the coffee was fabulous. The breakfast was cold by the time it reached the table. There were some fruits available and juice.

Brilliant place for short stay or as a stop place in long travel

I came there late evening, was already dark, I was tired. I wasn't even dreaming of anything good...I saw hotel from outside and I was thinking to myself "whoooops I made a mistake"...until I came inside. OMG Room and the way it was organized, prepared, how clean it was, for sure, it's been beyond what I was even expecting from that price level. Breakfast next day morning just won! Staff was super kind, helpful and served great food with really fantastic tea and coffee! Internet was pretty fast and very stable. Hotel is in a very quiet area - I mean during the night you can sleep without getting any kind of noisy annoyance coming from outside the window. Lobby and coffee place there was just comfy and nice to be at. They sell some local products in a very reasonable prices

Not the best Value for money

The room was big and comfortable.

The staff could barely talk English. The lady in the front desk told me that she will book me a taxi to the pier but she totally forgot. The light in the room is bright and white, which is not my cup of tea. Breakfast is VERY basic.
