Don't go there. It nightmare

RECEPTION IS VERY RUDE NOT RESPECT CUSTOMER ,TALK TO MUCH. SERVICE OUT. ROOM NOT SAME LIKE THE PICTURES.

Regret staying here.

Not at all.

Bad smell of blanket and towel ( I believe those were did not washed). A/C not functioned. I cannot sleep.

That time i go was cny nobody cleaning the room when we arrived there. The smell of the cigarette was too strong. We can't stand with the smell and my mom said the place was omg like it was😂 the bed also dirty.

The room was comfortable for two of us, room was clean i wont say superb clean because we cant expect 5star grade, but it was clean and the housekeeping do their job very well and i really love the shower. I recommend this hotel

very worst stay ever

the accommodations was very bad. not clean at all. we spotted bed bugs & dusty. The towels was very poor condition. Couldn’t be there with family. saw few foreigners brought girls to the hotel. We had very uncomfortable stay ever. we ended up early checkout because few of us gt allergic.

the smart tv or android tv watever u call it,.my child just couldn't get his eyes off the screen yo!!

the price not the same as mentioned in the booking app had to pay extra rm20 just paid it no question asked but am wondering why the slight increase

the room was spacious, bath room too with hot water.. got kettle provided but without the mini fridge

still got hair and some dirt on the floor, they didnt clean well, the towels have holes because the embroidery logo on the towel
