Very nice and well equipped apartment for a very fair price.
The apartment looks just great and very well equipped. Bed and sofa bed are both confortable and the rooms are completely separated, so none is disturbed during sleep. The rooms have good curtains to make them very dark so the morning sun is not waking you up. Parking is also very easy to find right next to the apartment building, had no problems with that. Over all very nice apartment at a very fair price.
Would be nice to have nets on all windows to avoid mosquitos.

Could've been better
I liked: - the size and comfort of the bed - big tv in the living room (tip for owner: buy a chromecast, and you make that a smart tv as well. They are not expensive) - nice and cosy balcony - cosy living room - bus stop in front of the building - plenty of shops, even 24/7 one, very close - very well insulated building
I didn't like: - out of the two wardrobes ( which are very small anyway), half of the one in the living room is occupied by bedding and towels. We didn't feel like we had enough closet space for our two weeks stay. - the cutlery, cookery, and glasses in the kitchen are all old pieces, look like they are owners' old ones, not even one pan was non stick, too many unnecessary sauce pans and frying pans. They can buy one new cutlery set, the same with the glasses. There was one wine glass, my partner and I couldn't enjoy wine together from proper wine glasses. Nothing in that kitchen made me feel like I was on holiday. Also, there is no draining dish rack for washed dishes. Might sound petty for some, but for us, it mattered. - the hot water situation. The boiler was left unplugged and taps off. We had to contact the owner to explain how to get hot water. The boiler only heats enough water for 1 shower. A second person can not have a shower straight away because the water will turn cold halfway through. - there is no shower curtain or glass to stop the water from going everywhere. The floor would always get wet, the same with the carpets and flip flops. Improving this shouldn't be too expensive. - halfway through our stay, the main light in the living room broke, and the whole lamp had to be changed. We were told someone would come to fix it but failed to come in two different instances. I don't understand why the owner did not hire an electrician that could come as a matter of emergency rather than relying on a relative that wasn't very reliable. They are running a holiday accommodation in the end. As a person who paid for everything to be working in said place, I need for things to be fixed asap because I was promised a level of service when paying the price. Nobody came to fix it while we were there.

Everything was clear, the apartment smells really nice, we had absolutely all we needed. Corina and Nicola are wonderful! We forgot a shirt in the wardrobe but she kept it and will return it when we will pass by again. By far my favourite stay in Bucharest.

a perfect apartment when touching down in bucharest
i loved the layout of this apartment; it was so cute, cozy, and had everything i needed. when i arrived in bucharest i needed to do a lot of resting and relaxing before visiting a friend and traveling more, so this was the perfect place to do that. i felt safe, and the owners were super friendly in all our communication. i would definitely stay here again.

Good
Clean, quiet place, located next to a bus stop , subway at 5-10 min walking distance , supermarket and pharmacy across the street. Hot water boiler which is a big plus given the lack of warm water in the area which occurs quite often (wasn't the case this time though). Air conditioner. Kitchen equipped with all you need - oven, stove, washing machine, coffee maker.
Only paid parking is available in the area, which, however, is not extremely expensive. The bed is located very low which is not very comfortable. For the price , the quality of the furniture, half of which is made from EPAL pallets could have been better. But the biggest minus is the lack of mosquito nets on the windows.
