enttäuschend, absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

gute Lage - Stadtmitte

sehr laut, Straßenlärm, laute Nachbarn über mir. Ab 6 Uhr morgens lautes Getrampel. Und ich hatte ein Etagenbett - was mir niemand angekündigt hat. Es ist meiner Meinung nach unverschämt, einer einzelnen Dame so ein Bett anzubieten. Sehr schlechtes Kopfkissen - absolute Billigware. Echt extrem lästig. Eiskaltes Bad, Duschkopf müsste erneuert werden - keine Heizung im Bad. Außerdem wurde in dem Zimmer schon geraucht. Am Abreisetag klopfte die Reinigungsdame um halb neun an die Tür - wobei das Zimmer erst um 10 Uhr verlassen werden musste. Super. Um den Schlüssel abzuholen, musste ich mit dem Bus in das Büro der Verwaltung fahren. Unschön, unhöflich. Alles in allem ein Reinfall - nie wieder!

Bei Bedarf würde ich wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nicht weit von der Messe entfernt (ca. 20 Minuten zu fuß). Die Qualität der Einrichtung war sehr gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe war korrekt beschrieben und einfach. Bei Bedarf würde ich wieder buchen.

Ich habe nichts zu kritisieren bei meinem kurzen Aufenthalt.

Very poor

The whole arrival and check-in thing was the worst experience I've ever had. They kept sending me very long messages in German, so I overlooked some information that I needed to call them and agree time and go to some place for keys in another part of the city. But unfortunately it was already afternoon (17.00) and they were closing the office or whatever. So they gave the keys in some random locker in completely different part of the city - so I spent like 2 hours going arround. They sent me some navigation material via sms - I did not receive all of them and they were not picking the phone, if yes, they were not speaking in English. When I finally got the keys, it did not fit to any of the apartments - we did not want to keep trying, because they were people in some of them of course (somebody even called police, because they thought we were trying to break in). Different appartment number was in the messages on booking and different number they sent via sms... after some time and explaining to the police we finally got the keys inside the door, but they should definately get that fixed.

Close to city centre and large rooms. Plenty of space for five adults.

Confusing instructions for getting key. Read like someone would be there to hand over, but need to go to office in another area to collect. Telephone number given has 'cannot be connected' message.

Exceptional

Perfect location for tourists, the apartment is located in between Bremen central train station and city centre, nice matrimonial bed, well equipped kitchen, the apartment is very and very discreet, I strongly recommend it for you, no regrets, check in was very smoothly, I went to their office to collect the keys of the apartment, the distance is not far ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A nightmare in Bremen - Worst place I have ever stayed in my life

Absolutely nothing.

This was by far my worst experience with Booking.com or with any hotel/accommodation in my life. I had booked this apartment for 6 nights but I was only able to sleep in the property for one night (and only because it was too late to book another place) since the room was absolutely disgusting. I regretted this decision a lot, because me and my girlfriend woke up with a lot of cough, such was the dustiness in the environment. An even worse reply from the property: I asked to get the amount of my reservation back, since I had to book another accommodation for the rest of the days I planned to stay in Bremen, and the property refused. I would be ashamed of presenting myself as a hotel or even as a service provider in general and present something in this state. The place was completely dirty, which is normally appalling, but it is even more astonishing to find something like this in the middle of a pandemic. Take my advice: NEVER BOOK THIS APARTMENT! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! YOU CAN GET MUCH BETTER PLACES IN BREMEN FOR THE SAME PRICE! In detail: The room, smaller than what is seems in the pictures, was full of dust, even in the bed, and there was a horrible cigarette smell on the entire place. There were spider webs everywhere, even on the lights. There were stains in the bed sheets and the bathroom was very dirty as well. There was no soap and there was a filthy cup on top of the lavatory. There were several insects in the apartment when we arrived (alive and dead) and the refrigerator was also filthy. Below the bed you could see a lot of dirtiness as well and definitely that the apartment had not been clean. There was garbage on the corridor outside, there were huge yellow stains in the curtains and an overall dirtiness in this place. I took several pictures when I arrived at the apartment, which I attached to this review (I can only attach 4, but I have many more). Again, a dreadful experience, stay as far as you can!

Disappointing

They met us at the apartment to hand over the key. The room was clean. The room was only a 10min walk to the old town.

The bed was not very supportive. The apartment is under ground, which was a little stuffy. We were told that we would have to move rooms because of some water pipe repairs that needed to be done. After we packed all our things and were ready to move and waited for an hour, we were told we didn't have to move anymore. It was also very noisy because the repairs then started in the apartment next door at 08:00 the next morning.

Enjoyed my stay in the Yellow apartment and Bremen was a great city to visit especially Burger Park

Apartment was great, well presented and in an excellent location. Being located opposite a park was nice too.

One of the window handles was a bit stubborn but no big deal. Didn't know where to put the rubbish bags out after a long (6 day) stay.
