Onwijs genoten

Hele mooie locatie, zeer lieve gastvrouw, ruime nette kamer, goede bedden, douche goed op temperatuur en waterdruk. Balkon bij de kamer met mooi uitzicht. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Dagelijks wordt je kamer verschoond. Handdoeken, washandjes, föhn aanwezig.

Ontbijt was ruim voldoende, alleen elke dag hetzelfde.

Wir kommen wieder

Das Frühstück war super. Die Pension befindet sich zwar etwas außerhalb, aber dafür war es sehr ruhig. Man konnte sich gut erholen.

Auszeit par excellence :)

Die Lage ist toll und der Weg dorthin durch den Schwarzwald ein Traum. Die Pension ist sehr familiär die Wirtin trägt die Sonne im Herzen und ist immer gut gelaut. Das Frühstück wurde in einer urigen mit liebevollen Details dekorierten Stube serviert. Es ist so reichhaltig das man kaum alles schafft, selbst Lachs war dabei. Es ist ruhig und abseits des Trubel gelegen, also perfekt für eine kurze oder lange Auszeit. Wanderer kommen hier besonders auf ihre Kosten.Tiere sind willkommen.Die Zimmer liegen unter dem Dach. Es war angenehm kühl dort. Die Bäder sind ausser Duschgel mit allem Ausgestattet was man so braucht, inkl. Föhn.

Ich wuste laut Beschreibung , das die Zimmer mit Treppen zu erreichen sind aber es waren doch einige, für meine Knieprobleme leider nicht das Optimale aber alles andere hat dafür mehrfach entschädigt.

Authentiek pension met dito gastvrouw

Hartelijke en gezellige sfeer. Verwelkomd door een super aardige gastvrouw. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Fijne omgeving om te wandelen en uitstapjes te maken naar omliggende stadjes.

Tolle Unterkunft, in die man immer gerne wiederkommt

Diese Unterkunft ist mal eine echte Abwechslung zu üblichen Hotels. Bei der Ankunft wird man sehr freundlich, fast schon familiär begrüßt. Die Gastgeberin ist herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer für einen Plausch zu haben. Die Lage ist für Ruhesuchende traumhaft, bis auf die vorbeiführende Straße (nimmt man aber kaum wahr) ideal. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und mit Balkon ausgestattet, der einen wunderbaren Blick in die Natur bereithielt. Das Frühstück war wirklich etwas Besonderes. Es stand am Tisch bereit (kein Buffet) und war an Opulenz kaum zu überbieten. Allein die Wurst-/Käseplatte, auf einem großen, zünftigen Holzbrett dargereicht, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder auswählen.

Most of the restaurants are closed by 6 pm or maybe 8 pm and because the location is remote it can be very limiting

We had a lovely stay at Bernreutehof. The host is the loveliest person, she makes sure you have a wonderful stay. The breakfast is amazing with so many local products. We were there for the Easter Holidays and she surprised all her guests with a traditional German cake and some chocolate eggs. We will definitely come back!

The owner was very helpful and allowed us to lock our MTB bikes in her garage, the room was lovely, and the breakfast amazing, nothing was too much trouble. She even cooked us dinner in the evening so we didn't have to go out when we were so tired. Great location, especially for cycling! Definitely stay there again.

Highly recommended.

Location was superb. Room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Hostess was very amiable despite us not being able to communicate with language. Breakfast was very substantial with lots of variety.

A very pleasant stay and a beautiful part of the Black Forest.

The pension is located a little remote with walking paths directly into the forest. the landlady was friendly and kind. breakfast was served with a smile and good coffee.

There was some confusion with communication with the property owner via booking.com. I had informed the property in advance via booking.com app that we had a dog and that we would like to stay one night less. the owner was not aware of this information, which was strange as I had received a reply that both requests were noted and ok. the payment for the third night is however deducted from my credit card and I ve been unable to date to get in contact with booking.com to be reimbursed.

Charming and well priced,

The location was perfect for us, in the trees, Chalet style hotel, personal attention for breakfast. Owner didn't speak a word of English but we were able to communicate and she was wonderful, The room was big and comfortable,

The Germans must like firm beds and flat pillows, and being an older style Chalet, I had to climb up two flights of stairs, but we would stay there again just for the ambiance and welcome,

Amazing experience and a must

The Host was very friendly and helpful. River side walk was amazing, mountain walk at the same place. Very close to small towns but located in a remote location

Mobile service was not good so internet was not very strong

Lovely house in a beautiful setting!

We loved everything. The location, the peace and quiet, the fresh air and the lovely owner. Lovely local breakfast served in the very cosy breakfast room. Great traditional Blackforest restaurant just up the road. Not far from the Triberger Falls and other lovely walking paths. We will definitely be staying here again.

Full of character and black forest charm with a fantastic breakfast!

A charming, very black forest themed, almost fairytale hotel! The breakfast was excellent and much higher quality produce than the other hotels we've stayed in in the area. The host is a charismatic, witty lady! The surroundings are beautiful and the hotel is full of character!
