Amazing

Very clean and fresh looking, great restaurant , pool and massage facilities with lovely accommodating staff. Free shuttle bus to the Dubai Mall Rooms were amazing very spacious and our housekeeper Yam was lovely. Would definitely come back and highly recommend a stay here.

I was here for 18 days, so I'll be long in my appraisal. The reception desk was always full of jovial are wonderful people. They welcome you with such a great smile that raise your expectations and you start expecting such a welcome throughout. I had a room upgrade with the beautiful view of the Burj khalifa. I also loved very much Sipon who did his best to clean my room everyday. I was sharing the room with two kids and we did regular room service dinner. He also had some specific déco for the kid's bed. They were amazed everytime they found new déco. The concierge was also very helpful. I was ordering a lot of stuff online and they would happily channel them to my room. The room service was great also. Though I had an outdated card in my room. Fortunately, it was updated. Great food, especially the kids menu The location and views are splendid The room had good lightning and AC Despite the heat, the pool was always cozy and great. That was awesome

1. My first disappointment was the Larder restaurant. I've been to a few around the world and this was my worst experience. I hardly ever asked a service from any staff and was attended to. Getting a table was problematic. Requesting cutlery was another challenge. 2. The Kids play area did not have a staff for monitoring. Some kids were just rowdy and destroying stuff and parents wouldn't say a thing. 3. There was a lack of warmth you feel at other Radisson Blu hôtels. I had to go somewhere else for a few days. Maybe I stayed too long and my hosts were tired of me.

Radisson Blu at the Waterfront was in a central location and the accommodation was very good.

The hotel's location is central in the city; this made it easy to get around. The hotel's reception area was very welcoming and it was a nice touch to have water bottles available to the hotel guests. The room was relatively spacious and filled with the necessary amenities.

The water in the shower took a few minutes before it got warm.

Zu teuer für das, was man bekommt

Die Größe vom Zimmer war super. Die netten total bequem:) Lage eigentlich recht schön, wobei aktuell Bauarbeiten direkt vorm Hotel die ganze Nacht lang stattfinden

Für den Preis einfach nicht akzeptabel. Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig.. dass die Außenscheiben vom Hotel total dreckig sind ist die eine Sache, aber der Balkongeländer aus Glas total dreckig ist geht nicht. Die Eingangstür hatte komische Flecken.. sah aus wie Schimmel.. Beim Frühstück kamen die Kellner nicht hinterher.. kaum ein sauberer Tisch frei.. Getränkewünsche wurden aufgenommen, als man mit dem Essen fast durch war.

Нас заселили на несколько часов раньше, это было бесценно после ночного перелета. Из видовой номеров прил прямо на Бурж Халиф, окна огромные. Номер уютный, ресторан прекрасный, завтрак тоже

They gave us handicap room strange we reached at 6:45 am and we had to sleep little and go for exibition . They gave us handicap room very bad and the air condition was making so much sound . Room 601 . Very bad experience

IT WAS NICE PLACE FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE

THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, THE LOCATION IS SO NICE, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND HAS GOOD SPACE, THERE WAS WATER AND COFFEE SUPPLIES, THE WASHROOM WAS FAIR ENUGH HAVING ALMOST EVERYTHING I NEED.

I COULDN'T ENJOY MY STAY AS THE LOCATION OF MY ROOM WAS NEAR elevator AND THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION OUTSIDE SO IT WAS NOISY, COULD NOT SLEEP AND REST ENOUGH

Large and clean rooms that were properly stocked.

Very quick and reliable service and concierge were happy to help with providing information regarding activities and transport. Free shuttle buses to nearby attractions was also a bonus.

1- أعمال البناء تسببت لنا بالكثير من الازعاج ويعملون طوال الوقت حتى منتصف الليل والفجر. 2- عند الطلب من خدمة العملاء لأي خدمة يوجد بطئ في تنفيذ الطلب.

good but needs improvement

The location is good very close to dubai mall and Burj! Staff is very friendly and this is a baby friendly hotel they provided us with a cot for my daughter. Bags brought to our room when checking in and brought to our taxi for checking out. The staff have been really lovely the whole time.

Room service was very very average I tried a steak! Not a good idea. For a 5 star hotel they need better chefs the food wasn’t great. It was very mediocre at best. We had breakfast every day and I’m shocked to see stuff like fried rice for breakfast. The croissant were hard. There wasn’t anything for fried eggs which I found strange. A lot of Indian foods for breakfast? Also the breakfast rush means slow service you’ll be waiting 20 mins for an omelette and some time for someone to come take your order. If I stay here again I’ll probably go without the breakfast. The location has construction going on around it. So just be aware of that. If I knew that when booking I’d probably go to a different hotel. We got a room with a view of the burj but we also got a view of the construction!! Not that was a little annoying
