Great location, 13 mins away from airport, clean comfortable,

It was clean, comfortable, nice staff; room was equipped with a tv, ac, blow dryer, bottle water, closet.! Perfect location when you have an early flight

Don't go there!

Nothing! They rejected my reservation.

The reception didn't answer the bell when I rang it for 15min. Afterwards, an angry women, the owner, reluctantly opened the door and her husband visibly annoyed threatened me with a taser. I have to find another hotel at 2 am as the owner canceled the reservation in front of me and told me I couldn't stay and got the assistance of the touristic police who kindly drove me to it. I suspect the owner of the hotel to be a bit racist as I'm black from the FWI.

Ein kleines nettes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab sogar Frühstück. Das Abendessen wurde frisch zubereitet und war sehr lecker.

Die Lage innerhalb des Stadtgebietes von Boca Chica ist nicht so toll.

Enjoyed the time there, thanks to the Kitchen Team for their amazing breakfasts

Host very Friendly, made to feel welcome, and the staff always greeted us with a smile, spacious room, large TV Modern Bathroom, will book there another time

I cant find any negative points, me and the wife seemed to want to be at the bathroom mirror together, so only as a suggestion, a mirror in the bedroom would be usefull

Muy recomendado si prefieres la calma

Tal cual se ve en las fotos. El personal muy agradable, las instalaciones cómodas y bonitas. El WiFi y demás mobiliario muy bien. A pesar de ubicarse en un barrio residencial encuentras comercio cerca. Ubicado a unas 3 calles de la vía principal, lo cual hace que se pueda descansar sin mucho ruido. Definitivamente regresaría.

Un poco el hecho del olor del agua al encender la ducha, dura unos minutos pero creo que debe ser algo común por ser una isla.

Cómodo y tranquilo.

Es un buen hotel con las comodidades necesarias para descansar. El desayuno está bien y lo importante es que esta cerca del aeropuerto.

Que no hay lugares cercanos para comer, más si llegas después de las 10 pm.

Avoid this "hotel"

Nothing!

We are received with mockery, by the staff of teh hotel. The location is very weird, The air conditioning, stops regularly and in the down don't works anymore. And finally we discover that we don't have water in the bathroom!!!!! They closed it! The same with the refrigerator!

Estadía hotel agua dulce

La limpieza de la habitación y de las instalaciones, la tranquilidad de la zona y el desayuno estuvo super bien.

El precio lo subieron de acuerdo a lo que estaba reservado, de igual manera informan el pago en dólares y al pagar en peso dominicano realizan la conversión muy alta.

We received water and juices in our refridgerator which was awesome. Room was modern, clean and spacious. Loved our bathroom. Host was nice and checked in to ensure we had all we needed.

The breakfast options were limited but it's not all-inclusive so we won't complain. Not all staff are able to communicate in English.

The dinner was great the owner was very friendly and they have a personal attention for me, plus the rice and beans ( moros y cristianos) were unforgettable 👍👍

Nice, clean little hotel with great staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to provide us with breakfast early since we flew out early. Hotel was small but very clean and nicely decorated. The power was out when we first got their (a problem with the electrical grid as seems to be common in the DR) and the generator wasn't functioning properly, so the rooms were hot. Once the power came back on, the AC worked great and we slept well.

Nice Boutique Hotel in Boca Chica

The hotel is a boutique hotel which is half a mile from the beach (about 15-20 minutes on foot). The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, not the Dominican breakfast but it was ok. The staff was great and very kind, considering that we arrived to the hotel around 4 am. I can truly recommend it!

The area surrounding the hotel looks not very safe at night.

not family friendly. If you have family stay away, if is just you and partner is prefect.

So I had booked two rooms and needed another one. We had a total of ten people which 5 was adults and 5 were children. 2 couples per room and 1 child but one had only one adult with two children. The person the front tried a to tell a room with a double bed is just for two adults children over 3 aren’t allowed. I told her the internet says the max per room is 3. She said that’s a lie to call the owner who lives in Germany. She never gave me the number. And basically kicked us out the hotel. Not even in America a double room is only for two adults, children over 3 aren’t allowed.

Exceptional

Close to the airport, this is our second time staying here. They check us in even at 2 o'clock. night. Friendly hostess, speaks English, clean room with all amenities.
