Bon rapport qualité prix, mais....

L'emplacement était assez bon, proche de la route principale sans le bruit des voitures Le prix est très correct pour la prestation Les lits étaient assez confortable

Bruit, musique et chant des hôtes, dès 6h du matin. Pour dormir sur 2 nuits c'est assez fatiguant.

Personnel pas très accueillant, lorsque l'on souhaite demander un conseil on nous renvoie vers l'un vers l'autre... La télé ne fonctionne pas

Un nuit précaire

Bonne literie et emplacement central

Nous avons été accueilli par un enfant de 12/14 ans qui nous a fait le check in pendant que son petit frère nous jetait des objets à la figure. Salle de bain précaire avec de l’eau tiède et une colonie de fourmis. Idéal pour les passionnés d’insectes. L’isolation nous a permis de profiter du karaoké du village.

Very dated and poorly maintained but okay for a night

Large comfortable bed, comfy pillows, clean sheets and towels, clean floor in the room, great mountain view from the window, very quiet at night, handmade bamboo lampshades, powerful air con and ceiling fan, inexpensive

Very dated guesthouse though we’d probably quite enjoy a throwback to the 90s it offered if not for the dirty walls and skirting boards, a few ants in the room and disinterested staff

Basic, comfy beds, good Wi-Fi and free water refills.

Rooms are basic but for the price exactly what we expected. Beds were very comfy and each room has AC/a fan. Wi-Fi is pretty good, unlimited water refills so less plastic wastage. The little boys from the family are very sweet. Also a good location,lots of nice restaurants nearby.

If you’re picky about cleanliness then this might not be a good choice but for us it was perfect for the price we paid.

Sanitaires limites. Chaque fois que quelqu’un tire de l’eau, la tuyauterie vibre et réveille tout le monde. On dort donc très mal.

Une Guesthouse authentique.

Pour un séjour authentique et paisible, vous devez absolument vous arrêter ici. Vous logez dans le quartier des habitants, et vous êtes à deux pas de toutes les commodités. La chambre est rustique mais confortable, et surtout vous avez une vue 5 étoiles sur la montagne et le fleuve. Les propriétaires vous accueilleront avec le sourire et seront aux petits soins pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour à Nong Khiaw . Encore mille mercis pour votre accueil, votre aide, mais surtout votre gentillesse.

Lovely room, great view out of the river, comfy bed good ac. Very clean.

The staff had no English so couldn't really help with anything. But really this isn't a problem as tour operators are easy to find and can organise everything for you.

Amazing value!

Nice guesthouse with comfortable, spacious rooms. We had a view over the river and the mountains. Unbeatable for the price! Also there was free drinking water. Laundry can be done for 20k/kilo. Peaceful and quiet location.

Just general info: Unfortunately around this time most of the restaurants on this side of the bridge were closed so it was a 15 min walk to the other side

5-10m walk into centre, nice and quiet location, close to boat pier, room #9 amazing view of mountains and river.

Passable conditions, very good value for money. For a short term stay it’s not a problem.

Very basic room in the mountains.

Nice view of the river and mountains from the window. Friendly host.

Setup of bathroom doesn‘t make any sense: you had to reach over the toilet to grab the shower head. Water was lukewarm. No breakfast option. The room gets quite cold in the evening/during the night.

Clean and Cheap Stay

The property was clean and had a good working shower. It was the cheapest place we found on booking.com and the closest to the Main Street by the bridge.

It was really noisy with birds flapping about in the roof and cockerels sounding off early each morning. The owner seemed nice enough but we really didn’t see much of him.

Okay but for a few bucks extra you get something way better in town

Our room and bathroom had a good size. There was also a space to park the motorbikes indoor over night. The owners were friendly

The room was not clean. There were stains on the wall right next to the bed, dust on every surface beside the table and in general it didn't feel very clean. The water in the shower was only luke warm, which was fine as it was hot outside, but if you'd like it warmer, it wouldn't be possible. There were also no drinks available to purchase.
