Good room, convenient to the airport, short Uber ride with bags, otw a short walk

The room was large, tidy and quiet (upper floor). The bathroom was nice. The staff was fine. We had an early flight so didn't have breakfast, but from previous stays, the breakfast has been good.

I don't think there was a screen on the window.

Fine location, clean room, clean bathroom.

Very conveniently located near the airport. Staff was friendly and efficient. Layout was a bit odd with the private bathroom not attached to the bedroom but it was okay. Room was warm with no fan, but not unbearable.

The room could use a fan. The windows weren't fully functioning.

Muy cómodas las camas, espaciosa habitación, la ducha con agua caliente y buena presión de agua, el staff es extremadamente amable, 4 minutos caminando al aeropuerto, desayuno delicioso y servido desde temprano (6.30). Excelente balance precio - calidad

Evitare i trasferimenti.

La colazione, preparata all'istante.

Ci siamo affidati alla struttura, sin da prima dell'arrivo, per lo spostamento a Panajackel. Arrivati la sera ci viene confermato che era tutto ok. Ebbene, la mattina, ci siamo dovurti svegliare alle 6 per il trasferimento che sarebbe dovuto avvenire alle 7, ed invece non è arrivato nessuno. Ci hanno poi trovato un posto alle 10, ma, con nostro stupore non era diretto ma ci ha lasciati ad un distributore ad Antigua, senza sapere quando sarebbe arrivato l'altro bus che ci avrebbe dovuto portare a destinazione. Inammissibile.

Mejor ubicación para pasar la noche rumbo aeropuerto.

La ubicación, puede uno llegar e ir al aeropuerto caminando y se ahorran el taxi promedio 70 qts por viaje.

Que no tenía aire o ventilador. Estaba haciendo mucho calor.

Perfect for an early flight

As mentioned by others, the hotel is literally 5 minutes walk away. If you are a backpacker without 10 suitcases, there is really no need to get a cab (they also overcharge like crazy for such a short distance). The hotel is guarded, kept clean and overall nice looking. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was great, the complementary breakfast was tasty and filling.

The only 2 downsides for me were: - the room that I got had no real window, neither it had an AC so there was no airflow inside, the air got hot and stuffy easily. - hotel’s location is great for an easy access to the airport but if you stay a bit longer, be informed that there are no restaurants in the area (. maybe only the Subway at the airport?). However, you can buy some snacks from the hotel reception.

Superb for the airport

Amazing place. Superb Internet. Comfy bed. All great! Airport could not be closer.

Not much restaurants around, but Uber Eats works fine.

Staff, profesional service, clean room, prompt service, easy access to airport.

No one should smoke in non-smoking areas and close to guest rooms. No AC in rooms, and could not open the windows due to one guest smoking right outside the room.

Excellent option very close to airport

Walking distance to the airport, friendly staff (I asked for a more quiet room and got one without hesitation), quiet and green garden area. Coffee is being served from 6:30am onwards, breakfast shortly thereafter. The traditional breakfast is very good and glutenfree (if you need that option).

There was not much water coming out of the shower (although this was only the case during my second stay, first time around I had a different room and the shower was great!). I would have appreciated a milk alternative for my coffee, but that is complaining on a very high level.

Walking distance to airport but very noisy due to slat windows

Great location, very short (maybe 3 minute) walk from the airport. It felt safe both in the afternoon and in the mornings. Easy to get an uber as they hang around near the airport. The breakfast was delicious, plus they start serving earlier than usual so we were able to eat before our early flight which was great.

As its close to the airport you expect some noise, however our room had slat windows which let in a lot more noise than expected. If you're a light sleeper who values their sleep, this definitely isn't ideal. Not sure if this is the case for all rooms or just some.

Wonderful!

I left early and was not able to try the breakfast but the location was perfectly close to the airport for my flight out. 2 min walk.

Muyy cerca del aeropuerto por si llegas a altas horas de la noche, la atención del personal excelente.

Great place to stay after a long flight

Location

Very noisy. We complained 3 times during the night to the receptionist. He was talking on the phone all night and watching videos we assume,.. You can literally hear everything ( doorbell, phonecalls, tv from the other rooms)

Room was super spacious and bed was enormous and so comfortable. We got picked up from the airport and they also coordinated our transfer to Antigua. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was good. Would definitely recommended for anyone arriving into Guatemala City Airport in the evening as the hotel is less that 5min drive from the airport.
